The house was perfect and you cannot beat the beach access! We drank coffee and watched the ocean every morning. We had an amazing view of the sunset each night. The house doesn't have an ice maker, but does have ice trays. The host delivered ice to us the first night! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Everyone was so nice with the calls and texts to make sure check in went well. Great little duplex very close to the beach. 100% will stay here again.

This duplex has an east and west side to it and nowhere in the description said that we were renting the east unit without the beautiful views. So when we got there we were disappointed. The east unit is behind the west unit and has a view is of a construction site not of the ocean. The outdoor shower is unusable the head burst when I tried to turn it on, plus it was moldy, the outdoor grill was a “smoker grill” I had to go out and buy charcoals I used it but would recommend they put in gas grill. Other than those items the only other suggestion would be to put in a washer and dryer you could convert one of those 3 large closets into a stackable, if I was staying a week I would have wanted one. The place is cute perfect for two and the walk to the beach is just around the other side of unit so all in all we loved our stay the description could be clearer

Wonderful stay!!! It is perfect for a laidback beach vacation. Old Florida vintage perfection. We loved walking right out the door and onto the beach. So clean and so comfortable. Perfect size for 2 people. Great location for lots of restaurants. We loved being in AMI and will definitely book again!

We received a call prior to our stay asking us to run the dishwasher and throw a load into the washing machine. We packed our luggage assuming there would be one due to the conversation. There was no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. This was ok, we would have just packed different if we would have known this was faulty info. There were also no sheets or pillow cases for the pullout bed. The covers were dirty and had blood on them but they got them swapped out. It definitely has the “landlord special” vibes with all the light switches and cabinet hinges being painted over. One thing that makes this place amazing is the proximity to the beach. We steeped out on the sand and walked less that 30 yards to the beach. That portion of the house makes the others much more tolerable.

Absolutely thrilled

With just 48 paces to the beach and another 50 to the water, you can’t get any closer. Management contacted us periodically to see if things were enjoyable and responded quickly to questions and requests. This cute little bungalow had everything we needed and more so we will hopefully book two weeks next year.

enjoyed stay but would like a few changes.. microwave too small and way to high to use safely. Bath and Kitchen needs to be updated and enlarged. Loved to location and the shade and view. parking is difficult would be nice to have a foot washer to get sand off close to door. grass would help
