Thank you for your review Michelle, I guess there was a glitch in the booking platforms app because we need a day between each guests stay to clean and somehow you were able to book the home when others were leaving at 10am and you were coming in at 4 and you leaving at 10am and more guests coming in at 4pm so when you left at 10:35am we had to bring in a second cleaner to get the home done by 4pm for the next guest, This home takes about 8 hours of cleaning and washing all items for one person because we disinfect and spray the entire home for bedbugs to prevent any problems after each guest, some people may be allergic to dogs/cats so it takes extra cleaning to accommodate them. Also the home sits on 1.5 acres of land which makes it pet friendly, but you still have to pay the pet fee as with every STR. The home is exactly 14 mins from interstate four, which you can take east or west and be in Orlando or Tampa in 36 mins. As far as the heater for the pool it states that you have to request it to be heated, some people don’t swim or don’t want the pool hot.
