This luxurious getaway is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a relaxing retreat. Enjoy direct access to the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, or build sandcastles. Down the street are the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, Aquarium and Ferry to other islands. Also our home is a short ride to downtown Carolina Beach where you can enjoy local food and attractions.

The 3-story beach house has beautiful balconies taking in the stunning 180 degree views of Atlantic ocean. Five-ensuite bedrooms can sleep up to 17 people. Each bedroom is elegantly appointed with comfortable bedding, ample storage, and a private bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has a relaxing and comfortable stay. The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including:

* First floor:
- Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower
- Back door access to the backyard and the beach
- The garage has been converted into a fun-filled game room, complete with a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of seating for game night or movie marathons
* Second floor:
- Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted spa tub. Also, includes a private balcony for yoga/meditation space overlooking the ocean
- Master bedroom also with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony
- Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a bathtub
- Laundry room equipped large capacity washer and dryer
- Towels and linens are provided
* Top floor:
- Fully furnished spacious open plan living and dining space with breathtaking views
- Savor the stunning sunsets and ocean vistas from your private balcony
- Oversized fully equipped kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space. Large island with seating and plenty of counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your group

Guests have full access to the entire house.
Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.

The house has private access to the beach, which is just few steps away.

The island is golf cart friendly. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island.

Kure Beach / Carolina Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic ocean with white sand beaches..great for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing & kite surfing.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet.
- Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette remains in the trash can.
- No illegal substances.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
