The house was perfect for what we needed. We stayed with our son and his fiancée for the weekend of our other son’s wedding held at the Hotel 1620 right next door. The location was perfect to walk to the venue, explore the area and walk the dog. The house was clean and we took advantage of the hot tub, out door area including the shower. The host Dan was always quick to answer questions, I would highly recommend this house.

This house was immaculate, and I can’t even begin to say how perfect the location was! Plymouth Center was less than a five-minute walk away, which made getting around so easy.The backyard was absolutely perfect for a large group. It included an outdoor kitchen, plenty of seating, lounge chairs, a large hot tub, and the outdoor shower was such an added bonus!I would highly recommend booking your next stay at this property. The host was wonderful and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns regarding the house. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Newly remodeled, and very nicely done. The interior was cozy and inviting, the outdoor space was great! From the easy light fire pit, to the built in grill, topped off with the wonderful hot tub, it was just what we needed for a quick getaway!

Thank you for the great feedback. All our beds are brand new Beautyrest Harmony Luxury mattresses. I know everyone has a preference when it comes to a mattress but we ordered the higher end of the Beautyrest line for all the beds at the Villa.

Great property - short walk to Harbor

Nice cozy updated home with a great backyard located just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the Harbor front. We used everything from the fire pit to the hot tub and all worked as it should. Property was clean. Dan was easy to get a hold of if we had questions.

Rented the house for my brothers wedding to sleep the groomsmen party. House was awesome, fit everybody comfortably, and was a great place to have on a busy wedding weekend. Host was more than accommodating and responsive!

Plymouth Villa August 2024

Beautiful and well maintained property. The inside of the house was tastefully decorated and furnished. It is in a great and convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked to include coffee and utensils. The outside patio and hot tub area were also very nice. There were eight adults in our group and this house is not equipped to support eight adults. The listing describes the house as capable of holding up to ten guests. This is extremely misleading. The house is very small as are the rooms. There are three bedrooms which are capable of sleeping up to 6 persons. The other four persons are expected to sleep on two pull out couches which are located in the first floor common areas. These couches are not adequate for adults. We had to move two of our guests to a nearby hotel because the house/sleeping space was so small. The pull-out couches are in two very small rooms that are also the only common areas. You have to move coffee tables to another room just to open the couches. When open, the pull-outs restrict access to the only full bath and are a safety concern. There is a small table with only six chairs and the table is by the front door. Lastly, the beds and bedding are marginal. There is barely enough towels/linens, the pillows were flimsy, and the mattresses were extremely soft. I would recommend this house, but only for six guests and only if the bedding is improved..

We’re sorry to hear about your experience at our house. I know you originally had a party of 10 adults which is the max capacity of the house. The house is a 3 bed 2 bath house right in Downtown. When the max sleeping capacity is used on the house it does make things tight in the living room areas but we like to give our guests that option with the pull out couches. All our furniture and bedding is of the highest standards from Boston Interiors which furnished the whole house. All mattresses are beauty rests from their higher end line. The house is fully stocked with towels and bedding but again if max capacity is used they do get used up quicker.
