Thank you for your feedback. While we respect that every guest can have their own experience, we do need to correct several specific claims in this review that are simply not accurate. The home is accurately represented by the photos in our listing, including the bedrooms, furnishings, and overall condition of the property. Each bedroom has nightstands, and all beds are fully made with fitted sheets, top sheets, comforters, and multiple pillows, just as they were for this stay. The statement regarding the bathroom wastebasket is also incorrect. There is a wastebasket in the upstairs bathroom—it is decorative and designed to resemble a planter, which may be why it was overlooked. We also strongly dispute the characterization of the home’s cleanliness. The property was professionally cleaned immediately prior to this stay, and we have both photographic documentation of the condition of the home and documentation of the professional cleaning. Had any cleanliness concern, including the alleged presence of dog hair, been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have immediately addressed it. No such concern was ever reported to us. Likewise, the privacy and other property-related concerns described in this review were never communicated to us during the four-night stay, despite our being readily available and in direct communication with the guests. All rooms have complete privacy equipped with shades and/or curtains. We take the condition and accuracy of our property very seriously, which is why we felt it was important to clarify these points for future guests. The home you see in our listing photos is the home you will arrive to, and we promise it is professionally cleaned, fully prepared, and accurately represented for every stay. We were therefore disappointed to see these claims raised for the first time after departure, particularly since the guests stayed for their entire reservation and we received a message at the conclusion of their stay thanking us and telling us they had an amazing time at the house.
