Elmsgate - Highland Park's most beautiful and stylish vacation rental! This large historic home is over 100 years old but has been beautifully renovated to create an elegant and luxe stay for a quiet retreat or a large group. You will love the two outdoor areas that include a beautiful front porch with a fire table and a private balcony with a shuffleboard and games. Enjoy a large dining table, comfy couches, luxurious mattresses, Nintendo game console and family friendly amenities.

Highland Park is a gorgeous, historic and safe neighborhood. You will be able to walk to coffee, amazing restaurants and beautiful parks. The Highland Park golf course is within 1 mile and you will be within a 5 minute drive to downtown Birmingham.

Guest will have access to the entire home except for the basement.

Welcome to the historic Highland Park home - Elmsgate. Come stay at a newly renovated home that is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Birmingham! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the cozy southern front porch with the most beautiful morning light. Watch the game or a movie in the super comfy and stylish living room with lots of room for larger groups. Enjoy a steamy shower in the one of the brand new luxury bathrooms with a rain shower head. Play a game of shuffleboard on the upstairs balcony or a game of Mario Cart on the nintendo in the bunk room. You will be able to make a beautiful meal with a fully stocked kitchen and brand new stainless steel appliances. Then gather around the large dining room table and enjoy food and conversation. Cap off the night with a glass of wine by the fire.

IN ADDITION: The house next door is currently under construction. We haven't had any complaints yet but understand at some point there may be noise during the day.

NOTE: There is a house next door under construction. There has been no complaints from guests and there is only minor noise during the week and working hours.

Such a beautiful neighborhood to walk around - you can admire the historic architecture at every turn. Uber and Lyft is a great way get around the city. Also, renting a car from the airport or utilizing Turo is really easy.
