This stunning 6 bedroom vacation home is located in the popular Sea Pines Resort. Sitting amid palmettos and magnolias, this impressive second row ocean vacation home has everything you look for in a Sea Pines escape. The home interior has been recently remodeled and redecorated with beautiful hardwood floors and a calm, clean look sure to induce relaxation among its guests. The house is well situated for a large family or multiple families to share a week at the beach, sleeping 21 in six bedrooms with five baths.
To the right of the main entrance is bedroom #1 with a queen size bed, a 36â mounted TV and a slider to the covered deck that wraps around the house. This bedroom has a private bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the second bedroom. This room has a queen bed, mounted 36â Roku TV and access to the outside deck overlooking the pool. Behind the sliding barn doors is the insuite bathroom #2 with double vanities, a separate tub and walk-in shower. As you continue down the hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. This bathroom can be accessed by the hall or bedroom #3 which has a king size bed, mounted 43â Roku TV and access to a private balcony where there is lush landscaping to give you privacy. The laundry room is down this hallway as well. It has a full size washer and dryer, sink and counter space to fold your clothes. On the other side is bedroom #4 which has one king size bed and a mounted 32â Roku TV.
Up 15 stairs is the main living area, the Master Bedroom Suite plus an additional bedroom. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout and a soft gray color palette. At the top of the stairs there is a bathroom with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower with grab rails.
Off the main living area there is the newly added 6th bedroom with two full size bunk beds with room to sleep 8 guests. This bedroom features a wall mounted 55" UHD Smart TV with Roku and additional dining seating for 4 guests.
At the other end of this floor is Master Bedroom Suite which has a king bed, bench seat and a mounted 48â TV with ROKU. The Master bedroom also has a mint green queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat the can sleep one additional guest. There is a sliding door to give you access to the outside covered balcony that overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard. This room has a private bathroom with double vanities with granite top, a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
The living room has plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch a movie on a new 70â UHD Smart TV mounted on the brick fireplace also featuring a Roku. There is a sliding door that accesses the outside balcony where there are four rocking chairs for your relaxation. A great place to read a book.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove plus all the cooking and serving items you need to prepare meals for your family. There are three bar stools at the countertop and a dining room glass topped table that has six chairs plus a bench seat. Plenty of seating for everyone.
This home has a spacious pool deck with full size pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee) with four lounge chairs, a table that seats six plus four additional chairs. There is a Char-Broil gas grill on the pool deck patio and a fully enclosed outdoor shower for privacy. It's an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is only 10 yards from the pool deck. You'll be on the beach in 2 minutes soaking up the sun.
Sea Pines is a residential resort community offering an activity for every kind of vacationer: world class golf and tennis, water sports, dolphin watching, 14 miles of biking and leisure trails, miles of flat sandy beach, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina & Lighthouse, The Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables with trail rides, pony rides and a petting zoo, the Forest Preserve with miles of hiking trails, picnic area and fishing ponds, shopping and both fine & casual dining! You can walk or ride bikes to the Sea Pines Beach Club to grab a cool drink or dinner at the restaurant or roof top bar.
All summer stays are weekly, Saturday - Saturday (May 24th - August 24th).

*$500 non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is per pet. Please let your host know how many pets you are traveling with when booking.
Your privacy and comfort are very important to us. To help maintain the property and ensure everything stays in excellent condition, there will be a few routine services performed during your stay:
- Pool maintenance (e.g., cleaning, checking on pool pump, emptying the skimmer basket and chemical balancing)
- Garden and landscaping upkeep (mowing, trimming, leaf blowing etc.)
- Trash service, which includes accessing the garage area to collect bins for scheduled pickup
- Pest Control
All of these services are performed by trusted professionals and will only occur during daylight hours. The teams will work quickly and respectfully, and their presence should cause minimal disruption. Other than the garage for trash access, no one will need to enter the home. As the property owner, I will not enter the home without prior notice and your consent, except in the rare case of an emergency.
