This home has a spacious and open living area, complete with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home, with high-end appliances and ample counter space, while the spacious dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

The townhome also features 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, The bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, with high-quality linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The deck features a fire pit, Jacuzzi, comfortable loungers, and unbeatable views of both the bay and the beach. Parking: You can park up to 2 cars here, one inside the garage and one in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including a pool, hot tub, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer.

The neighborhood around the house is known as the Beach neighborhood. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a mix of residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The neighborhood is located right on the beach, so residents and visitors alike can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Beach neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including Indian Mound Park, Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, and Pompano Beach Amphitheater.

You can get around the neighborhood by car, bus, bike, or on foot.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder's ID for verification purposes.*

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.

Please help us keep the pool clean and enjoyable for everyone!

- Rinse off all sand before entering the pool.
- No sandy beach toys in the pool.
- Failure to do this, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing sand.
