Riverview Villa - Hot Tub - Beach - River Views

This Villa is part of the newly renovated River Rock Inn located at the Riverview Vacations Resort in Bellevue Iowa. The inn will provides 5 guest suites with lobby including access to a large deck overlooking the river. Guests have access to all our resort amenities and river front with private beach.

The master suite is on the third floor accessible by antique spiral staircase. The main bedroom includes its own living space, hot tub and full bath. There is also a private balcony with seating and outdoor gas fire-pit.

The lower level includes a living space, bath and bedroom with two double beds. It also has a full laundry room, 65" smart TV and foosball table.

The second floor includes a full kitchen with fridge, gas range and dishwasher. Plenty of seating and all cookware to make a great meal.

There is an exit door connecting to the shared lobby area of the building on each floor with deadbolt so there is easy access to the lobby, deck and game room. Parking for up to two vehicles and outdoor grill area.
