Upon entering the cottage, you'll find yourself in a bright and spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The dining area features a large table and chairs, providing ample space for everyone to sit down and enjoy meals together.

Our stay ways amazing. We had the pool all to ourselves. The location was great. Check in was easy. The house could have been a little cleaner. The floor's were dirty and some of the beds had hair in them. Thankfully we were able to wash them in the washer located on the property. The house was spacious and every room had a bathroom which was really convenient. However in the kids bathroom the shower water did not get hot. Maintenance responded quickly and came out. But the hot water still did not work in the kids bathroom. But overall our stay was pleasant and we would definitely book again. Looks just like pictures.

Sandpiper C was perfect. Just as pictured. Very clean, close walk to the beach. The pool is small but it was perfect after beach to relax fora bit. Never really anyone there.

Location was wonderful! House was amazing. Our only issue was the house wasn’t as cleaned as we felt it should have been. The floors were dirty and there was stuff left behind by previous guest so I know they didn’t clean very well. Other than that place was absolutely perfect! Would stay there again for sure.

Family get together at the beach

We don’t know much about the gulf coast but our experience was great! Easy check in and communication and the house was clean! We had a cloudy pool one day and was immediately addressed. Location was a block and a half from the beach and that was a little far to carry everything each day. The pool was great! Restaurants close and shopping.

Gorgeous place to stay when in GS!

We booked this place for our girls volleyball tournament weekend! It was perfect and so beautiful! Close enough to the sports complex but far enough away to feel like we were on vacation! Everything was beautiful and clean. The place was perfect for our families. We had three moms and three girls! The beach house was spacious and cozy at the same time!

Great place - but --

Beautiful home, close enough to Gulf (as advertised). rooms - each w/ own bathroom- very good.Maybe it said so in the info about the place - but was disappointed that it really didn't have anything a person / family would need - or expect to have - such as:Keurig coffee pods - or some ground coffee and filters. Dish soap for the sink, and scrubbies or sponges - who has a dishwasher full of dishes after breakfast? Salt and pepper for gosh shakes. Extra paper towels - one roll is not enough. just basic stuff like that. And when they asked what we could use - and I requested the above items - was told "we don't supply that".

Enjoyed our stay and this property worked great for our family of 4 adults, 3 children all under 6. It was great to also be able to take our dog. Floors could have been cleaner. But, overall we loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved walking the dock in the morning and evenings, yet also being two blocks from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. We also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Smaller pool but great for kids. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

10 of us stayed for 8 nights… plenty of room. Great porch areas & easy walk to beach! Pool was great to use when done with the beach for the day. Pool isn’t huge but was never busy and just a nice place to cool off. Big garage area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Gulf shores condo

Our stay was amazing!! The condo and area were top rated. Safe and quiet. Walk to beach was very short and beach area was nice and not overcrowded. I can’t say enough positive things about the condo. It was very clean and super nice. Rooms were spacious and each room had a large bathroom. Balcony’s were nice and kids enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back. It was definitely a 10/10.

Good location and house as described, but I am very particular with cleanliness. The house is not as clean as I like. I wouldn’t stay again just for that. Overall if you don’t care about cleanliness it’s a great home.
