(obersten) Stock und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und den Innenhof!! Erstklassige Lage in einer Strandwohnanlage in den „Castle Reef Condominiums“ in New Smyrna Beach. Die Anlage bietet Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Pool direkt am Strand, einen Pavillon im Innenhof, Grillmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr!

Diese Unterkunft wird von einer lokalen, familiengeführten Verwaltungsgesellschaft betreut, die 7 Tage die Woche für dich da ist, falls du während deines Aufenthalts Fragen hast.

Diese Unterkunft liegt im Herzen des berühmten New Smyrna Beach in Florida, direkt am Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Kneipen, Souvenirläden und vieles mehr. Wenn du gerne zu Mittag oder zu Abend isst, während du den Blick aufs Wasser genießt und vielleicht sogar Delfine beobachtest, die auf Futtersuche sind, dann ist das genau der richtige Ort für dich.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett. Gemütliche und bequeme Möbel sowie eine ansprechende Einrichtung bieten Platz für die ganze Familie. Eine Veranda mit Balkon, die an den Hauptwohnbereich angrenzt, bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und die Möglichkeit, im Freien zu speisen – direkt im 5. (obersten!) Stock.

Die Pools und der Zugang zum Strand sind in gutem Zustand und weisen keine Schäden durch die Hurrikane von 2022 auf.

Beautiful NSB spot

Our condo at Castle Reef in Nee Smyrna Beach was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean from or balcony. We could watch the sun rise every day. The grounds were kept immaculately.

Beautiful beach

The condo is very nice and well equipped with almost everything you need for a great vacation. The property is very clean and beautifully landscaped and maintained. The only negatives were getting the keys out of the lockbox is a little tricky and although the condo will accommodate up to six people, there were only 6 towels and 2 washcloths.

Overall was good but had some issues. Ice machine didnt work so had to buy bags of ice. Had to buy more paper towels. Not enough towels.

Our stay was great! Only have a few bad things to say: 1. Very hard to get into lock box for the keys 2. Lights not working throughout condo 3. TV in small bedroom does not work 4. Sliding screen door-screen is tore 5. Toilet seat (bathroom in hallway) is loose/faucet loose 6. Bed in small bedroom is a full-not queen 7. Towel rack in hall bathroom is broke 8. No garbage bags for trash can in kitchen Also, there was nothing that says what to do with the bathroom towels or linen when you check out. The restaurants are all a little pricey so make sure you bring extra money or stock up the fridge in the condo. Wasn't much to do in the area except go to the beach and shop. Other than that, we had a great time.

I hate to list of negatives, but this is a list of our experience with this property. I know that many people do not always take care of a rental and some abuses the property and contents. However others should not do without for those.1. 3 pool tags only in the room-had 4 people2. Only 1 parking pass for 2 vehicles-tow signs everywhere3. Only 4 washcloths for 4 people for a week. We purchased some at our expense4. Only 6 towels for 4 people for a week and one of those was dirty from the last rental5. No laundry basket6. Spare bath had a light out making it dark to use7/Living room furniture is in very poor condition, uncomfortable and stained-looks nasty8.Cleanliness of the room when we arrived was poor-kitchen table was greasy when we arrived.9. Water pressure throughout the unit is very poor from kitchen to bathrooms with limited hot water10.Ice maker in fridge only worked a couple of days and quit.11. Communication lacked a lot of details about the checking in, listing check-out details. Did not get the info about codes to door, beach access, etc. until requesting.12. I know I have been totally negative but this was what we experienced. I know again that many renters do not consider that setting on furniture with suntan lotion all over them is wrong and it destroys furniture, etc. but that is part of rentals. That also goes to how bad the cookware was in the unit-old and worn out. Not much to use-we had to purchase a pizza pan just to have something to cook it

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that the condo was not prepared to the standard you should have received. The cleanliness concerns, insufficient linens, burned-out light, and lack of adequate cookware should have been identified during our pre-arrival inspection. We also regret the problems with the furniture, ice maker, water pressure, and hot water. Although parking permits and pool tags are controlled by the condominium association, those limitations should have been clearly explained before arrival, along with complete access and check-in/check-out instructions. Your comments have helped us identify where our housekeeping, inspection, maintenance, and communication procedures needed improvement.

Good location but needs some improvements

Location is great. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the great restaurants in the area. The building was easy to locate and there was plenty of parking available. There is a lockbox on the door knob that contains the key. It is a bit cumbersome to operate. In addition, the keys are not cut perfectly and need to be jiggled to insert and operate the dead bolt lock on the door. The ocean view from the master bedroom and balcony are partially blocked by the building. The beds were comfortable. Wireless internet worked fine for our needs. The unit was clean but the sofa and chairs are worn/stained and have a bit of an odor. We chose not to sit on them. We made breakfast each morning and the kitchen has everything we needed (although the non stick cookware no longer is non stick). There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent so we hand washed the dishes. (Note the check-out instructions state to load and run the dishwasher with the provided detergent) We had breakfast on the balcony. We enjoyed that but wish the table was level and more stable. It moved a lot. The showers were adequate. However, we couldn’t find any wash clothes. Two towels were provided in each bathroom. We couldn’t find beach/pool towels. The laundry room is shared with other units on the floor. It is a hot, stinky and unpleasant room. Cost was $2.50 per load. The unit is for sale and they had a showing during our stay. That was an annoyance we could have done without.

Great condo with good view and great grounds. Pool was very nice & enjoyed the shuffleboard. Wo I’ll definitely stay here again.
