THE HOME

Your 3784 ft² Beach Villa offers a flexible bed layout spread across three floors: the first floor accommodates two guests with a twin bunk bedroom; the second floor comfortably sleeps four with two king bedrooms, while the third floor caters to eight individuals, featuring a master king bedroom, another king bedroom, a twin set bedroom, and a twin bunk alcove. Among its amenities are direct beach access, a chef-inspired open kitchen, wet bar, built-in gas grill, two private balconies, a ground-level pool deck with a private heated pool, full-sized washer and dryer, individually controlled A/C in each room, and four parking spaces, including two covered. Other features include a recreation room, an elevator, and 6.5 bathrooms equipped with Margaritaville amenities, linens, towels, hairdryer, and makeup mirror. Furthermore, the property offers modern technology amenities such as multiple LCD Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and an in-room entertainment package.
