• Upstairs, Bedroom 6 doubles as a delightful entertainment hub. Featuring custom-built three twin-sized bunk beds and a space dedicated to games and activities, it's a perfect retreat for kids to let their imaginations soar.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the home, outdoor spaces, and private dock. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in. Ample parking is available.

Saturday checkouts

are only available for bookings of 7 nights or more. Please contact us if you would like to request a Saturday checkout. For stays shorter than 7 nights, Saturday checkout is not available.

Property Details & Considerations:

• RV Access: For those traveling with an RV, the property offers the option to hook up to electricity for an additional fee of $5 per day (please note that sewage hookups are not available).
• Outdoor Space: Our backyard is open for camping; however, campfires are prohibited due to wildfire risks. Instead, we provide a dedicated fire pit for this purpose.
• Event Proximity: Guests and wedding organizers appreciate that our property is conveniently located near 25 venues in the area. We provide a pack 'n play and a high chair for our younger guests. Additionally, a collapsible baby bathtub suitable for newborns to toddlers (0-24 months), featuring a floating cushion for added comfort, and made from durable PP and TPE silicone materials is available upon request only. However, please note that the property is not baby-proofed and require climbing stairs to access. Therefore, we welcome babies at your own responsibility only.

Occupancy Guidelines:

Maximum 13 adults: 3 king beds, 1 queen, 5 bottom bunks. 6 top bunks for children only (190 lbs limit, stairs unsuitable for adults). Recommended: 8 adults (king/queen beds), 11 children (bunks). See room photos for details.
