We had an electrical issue that affected the AC but the host's representative was right on it. Very responsive. The interior is lovely and well-maintained. We would definitely rent again.

Neighborhood Discovered

Totally enjoyed our stay in a newly discovered neighborhood in Rehoboth. Has two comfortable bedrooms , each with a queen bed and a single bed and two bathrooms. The air conditioning was fabulous. The House had a fenced in yard, which was great for my dog to play. We were supplied many towels Bed sheets, which was great

The house was beautiful! However we couldn't get the dishwater to work, the lights in the living room didn't always turn on and one of the drains in the bathroom didn't work.

Amazing spacious, clean rental in quiet location

We had an amazing week long stay at this property. Don’t let the curb appeal fool you, this rental is completely updated on the inside with an open floor plan from the dining to kitchen area and a large den/family room. There was plenty of space for my family of 3, including our infant and our dog. The property is fully fenced in so it was perfect for our dog who we could safely let out at any time of day. The rooms were just enough room and the two full bathrooms plus outdoor shower made the options a plenty! Plus the laundry in the basement was a bonus, it’s located beneath a storm door but is a fully normal/nice basement. The location was on a very quiet street far enough from the main road where you didn’t hear any noise. It is a bit far from the beach, but it worked for us since we knew we would be spending more time at home then on the beach with an infant. I would definitely rent this property again and suggest it to others!

Great place when there was hot water

Stayed a weekend with my wife, mother and infant. Everything was going smoothly until there was no hot water. We discovered this as we were trying to get ourselves together to depart. I called the property manager who asked me to check a few things. Then the owner walked me through other things to check. No dice. They apologized repeatedly. The manager asked if id like a reimbursement and I said yes. They said they’d get back to me the next day. They never did. I texted four days later to which the property manager said they’d reach out to the owner about it. I never heard back. Most of our stay was great but taking a cold shower that morning was a great reminder that I never need to check a fuse box at a hotel.

I went thru our email coorespondence from your stay -- you only reported no hot water at 930 am on the date of check out and there was no other reports of any issues until that morning when you were slated to check out at 10. I was at the house right after 10am - turned on the breaker and the hot water was fine. Sometimes breakers do trip and it is very easy fix!

Had a great time at this property for the weekend! The house is relatively updated on the inside and feels “homey”. The only “complaint” that we may have had was the house probably could have used another once over cleaning due to some sand and a little dust, but truly it did not bother us too much as we are at the beach so that’s inevitable :) We enjoyed the AC units in each room especially! Plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. The house is a great location from the restaurants and bars in Dewey where we were able to walk to and from easily. Communication between us and the host/property manager was very efficient. Overall, would definitely stay here again for a weekend! The HappyStays app I was able to download for online access to our check in packet was also wonderful.

The inside of the house was so cute, updated and much larger than expected. Great backyard that’s fenced in perfect dog sitting outside. Outside of the house does not do justice to what’s inside. We truly enjoyed our stay.
