Very comfortable stay. The house suited our needs and we appreciated the first floor that offered the master suite and single level living with pool access. Parking was great. Kitchen was fully stocked and the house was clean. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful setting for four couples! Amazing views from the deck and beautiful sunrises. Plenty of space to gather as well as spend a little quiet time separate from the group. Additional coffee pot and refrigerator on lower level was a plus too! The outdoor patio and pool were used often and perfect for a little sun and fun when you weren’t on the ocean or at a beach. Property Management was responsive in addressing any issues that come up. All around great trip!

This villa was perfect for our family vacation, consisting of four couples. The house is laid out perfectly. Each room is set up as a suite allowing for plenty of privacy. Every room has access to a deck. There was a washer and dryer available. We had all the amenities that we needed, including towels beach, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers for the beac, as well as, bug spray and extra sunscreen. There’s even an outside bathroom, which makes it easy to shower off after a long day at the beach and get right in the pool. You can easily choose to spend a day at the house relaxing at the pool and hanging out on the patio. We typically don’t stay at the same villa each time inSt. John, but we would seriously consider rebooking this villa.

Family week retreat at Dancing Dolphins

Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful week stay at this property. The property manager team was so communicative and helpful. The house is a great location to get down to Coral Bay, east end beaches and the north shore beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic location, wonderful house, with all the amenities we needed. AC was wonderful. The views at night from the deck where ethereal. Checking in was easy, the kitchen came with everything we needed, wifi was up, running, and never any issues. The location was a bit away from all the commotion of Cruz Bay, and Coral Bay seems to be growing a little and offering a bit more amenities. Just a fantastic stay, everyone was happy.

Fabulous Visit!

Everything was great! View was fabulous and we loved the house . The best part was how responsive the management team was to the few issues we had - they even responded promptly on Christmas Day. Thanks for a great house!

Awesome time!

What a beautiful home in coral bay! The pictures didn’t fully capture the lovely home, quality of finish and kitchen, nor the amazing views! Definitely want to plan our return trip!

Beautiful house, great visit!

The house was excellent and very well appointed. It had more amenities, gear and supplies than most houses, making the stay much easier. The bedrooms were all spacious, the living room very comfortable and the outdoor spaces were unbeatable.The location was great, with wonderful views of Coral Bay. We never locked the doors and never felt compelled to. Definitely at the top of our list on STJ.

We loved Dancing Dolphins! The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable mattresses, and air conditioning worked great. Common areas were great for a group - 1 bedroom on the main floor so guests could have active mornings without bothering those in lower-level bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchen, comfortable seating inside and on decks. Pool area great for 6 adults. The pool isn't big, but we didn't need a large one. The extra ice machine and bar area were wonderful, with plenty of shaded seating. House gets wonderful breezes and has a great view of Coral Bay and its surroundings. Very close to dinner in Coral Bay. We used Landlubbers for provisions delivered before our arrival - highly recommend this option. Groceries are harder to obtain on this side of the island. We were especially appreciative of the Tesla backup as we had a lot of outage time during the week we were there. Managers were highly communicative, and we really appreciated this. Check-in was great. House is private and quiet. Beach supplies, chairs, ice chests, and towels worked out great. Would absolutely stay again!

Ahhhhhmazing!

So peaceful! We were a group of 9 ladies who enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a taxi service scheduled and had zero worries. The house was as seen in the pics- even better! One night we laid down on the warm pavement of the driveway and marveled at the huge sky of stars. Wonderful.

We had a great time the electric range only one burner worked The kitchen faucet is vey loose and the ice machine in the tiki bar didn’t work other than that it was a great place lots of memories maybe you could have more tubberware for the ants

Beautiful house, beautiful views

The house and the location were exceptional -- beautiful views, easy to get to. We had such a fantastic time. My kids (age 6 and 3) loved the pool, my spouse and I loved the outdoor tiki bar space; beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers were provided; communication with property management was fantastic and they had a nice little welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. Advice would be to bring plenty of bug repellent for dusk and just be aware that you do have to go outside to get to the lower level where most of the bedrooms are.

Unforgettable

My husband and I travel often to St. John, and our trip in June didn't disappoint. Dancing Dolphins is a beautiful home with a spectacular view in a great location. The villa was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfy and the AC, TV and wifi all worked well. We spent our time on the various porches and in the pool enjoying the amazing view of Coral Bay. The owners and the local caretakers Joy and Rob couldn't have been any more accommodating and were really a pleasure to meet. We've stayed in many villas on the island, but this place is very special. We can't wait to get back to St. John and Dancing Dolphins soon.

Substantial property with many amenities/obviously very well cared for

I have nothing but good things to say about the property except that I do believe they should have cable instead of the current TV set up I rented property I built in St. John for four years and I realize everyone uses Roku, Netflix, etc. but I was unable to utilize the TV in the bedroom

Perfect stay at Dancing Dolphins

Our family of 7 had a perfect stay at Dancing Dolphins. The kids ranging in ages 4-17 all fit nicely in the three bedrooms downstairs while my wife and I stayed in the master suite upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities for preparing any meal. The beach chairs provided were in great condition and made our beach days that much nicer. They even provided basic snorkeling gear. We enjoyed dips in the pool after our daily beach outings. Dancing Dolphins is located within 20 minutes to all the best beaches and close to 20 minutes from Cruz Bay. The view from Dancing Dolphins looking over Coral Bay is spectacular. We were happy to be in Coral Bay vs Cruz Bay because it’s much quieter but still a quick car ride to Cruz for a dinner or two. We are already talking about our return trip to Dancing Dolphins and I’m sure anyone would be more than happy here.

Ultimate honeymoon experience in luxurious villa on the hilltop!

After an incredible wedding we set off on our honeymoon! We saw the views in the pictures but once we arrived it was incomparable! The vaulted ceilings, artwork, amenities, spaciousness and open floor plan gave a very comfortable and easy feeling... that was just the inside... once out by the infinity pool, lounge area and island bar it created a sense of complete and utter privacy and relaxation! The palm trees, flowers and sun made the setting complete! It was more than enough space for us and would be ideal for any group to accommodate! A true experience of a lifetime! The initial hospitality was superb and the keeper of the pool and landscaper that we met were so kind and full of stories and helpful hints on the island! One thing to be cautious of are the mosquitos! Use the tennis racket zappers often! Thank you so much and we will definitely do our best to return!
