Just updated with a new floor in the living room, new vanities in the 3 bathrooms, new comfortable couch and 2 new Smart TV (in the living room and the master bedroom).
Conveniently located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. This large house has three full bedrooms and bathrooms, each set up as a separate suite for maximum comfort and privacy.

Free WiFi, cable TV, and a 2-seat golf cart are provided in the house for your convenience.

The master suite has a lovely bedroom, a sizable walk-in closet with double vanities, a separate shower and large tub, as well as a separate toilet with a bidet.

The kitchen underwent an upgrade in 2020 with new appliances, including a sizable washer/dryer. Enjoy a formal meal for 6 in the sizable dining room, or unwind in the roomy living area while watching your preferred shows on the big TV.

Great location, comfortable house

The house was very well stocked, we used the outdoor grill a couple of times, worked well. Location was great, quiet neighborhood, friendly, helpful neighbors. Golf cart was fun. Nice washer and dryer. We had 6 adults and had room to relax. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Villages get away

The property was in very good condition, with some minor repairs it would be excellent. The owners and their property manager did an excellent job with the small issues we had. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable stay

Overall, I thought the property and my stay was very comfortable and easy access to golf courses and shopping. It is overpriced, comparing it to other properties listed on villagershomes4rent.The note left in the hpuse in the guest book was not left by me. It was left by our friends.

Home was thrown together with dirty rugs and it had roaches in kitchen with very limited utensils and the hosts wouldn’t return my cooking utensils that I brought with me so beware

This family is already banned from Airbnb and will be soon from Vrbo. They used our home to buy and sell cars, they left oil and grease everywhere in the garage and driveway. The house was filthy and had 4 big dogs that they never took out resulting in urines puddles, destroying our brand new couches. The list is very long. Do not take them in your home

living room rug was very dirty living room furniture was uncomfortable for seniors. owner and property managers were very helpful when we had a problem with ac unit. location was good but there were no pools in the glen view area. the house was spacious. the beds were very comfortable new living furniture would improve this home

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful with the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths great location to golf courses and golf cart was a joy. The property managers did not answer us when we first got there about how to operate the front door lock, got a hold of owner and she helped us. Wanted to stay a couple extra days and had to get ahold of owner to get a phone # for VRBO. Was not a problem staying the extra days as the property managers did call me back later that night. Did kill a couple of bugs but think they came in when letting dog out. New living room couch was a little uncomfortable (probable because it was new) the front sitting room was very comfy and furniture was comfortable if it had a TV it would have been the room we were in all the time. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back next year.

Spacious and Great Location

The house was spacious, clean and had the golf cart as advertised. The location within The Villages is perfect for its close proximity to two recreation centers and Glenview Country Club. We appreciated the owner allowing us to take occupancy two hours before our scheduled occupancy time. However, there were issues: 2:30 AM our first night all six carbon monoxide detectors chirped so we called the fire department: the house was negative for carbon monoxide. We disconnected all the devices, removed the batteries so they would stop chirping and sent a text to the owner about the lack of replacement batteries. We also informed her the TV set in the living room was so old we could not connect our Chromecast device. The owner sent her property manager to the house at 9:00 AM the next morning with replacement batteries. He also switched the old television from the living room with the newer one from the master bedroom so we could use our Chromecast. Mike returned three days later to replace the old flap from the hall toilet to prevent it from running after being flushed. The owner was storing twin beds and mattresses in half the garage but agreed to donate them to the Salvation Army so I could park my car in the garage. The refrigerator water filter was expired, but never replaced. There is no heat/AC in the master bedroom/bathroom, and other rooms on the right side of the house. They were cold. The living room furniture is well-worn and uncomfortable, you sink too low.

Obviously there were some issues with this guests stay, but this review is significantly overstated and much of it is inaccurate. We responded to legitimate issues (and some illegitimate ones) in a timely fashion. We have a couple of vacation rentals that we have had for several years and have never encountered such a difficult guest.
