Guest Access:
You are welcome to use the entire house, front and back yards, fire pit, BBQ grill, and wrap around porch.

The Neighborhood:
The winding blue waters of the Blanco River and it's majestic cypress trees are a five minute walk from the house. The local grocery store (HEB) is about a mile away, and it has plenty of healthy organic food options with optional food delivery to the house. The Downtown Square of Wimberley is also about a mile away, where you can find unique shops filled with arts and crafts from local Wimberley artists and several acclaimed restaurants. Wimberley is also famous for a couple of pristine natural water features called "The Blue Hole" and "Jacob's Well" and both are ten minutes away.

The Hill Country Retreat guest house is located at the front of a property which also features "Green Acres", a small RV park community. This low key neighborhood of long term residents is clean, quiet and friendly.

The driveway is shared with the park. The house and park both have quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. daily.

Getting Around:
Up to 4 cars may park in front of the house with additional parking in front of the blue garage next to the office.

Hill Country Retreat is located 1.6 mi. from Wimberley Square and only a short walk to the Blanco River. The house is minutes from the famous Blue Hole & Jacob's Well, 24 miles to New Braunfels and Gruene, 38 miles Austin and 63 miles to downtown San Antonio.

Other Things to Note:
The morning of your stay you will receive an email containing the access code required to enter the house. Fresh coffee is provided.
