✨ PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS ✨

This 3-story home on the south side of 30A is excellent for entertaining family or friends. As you enter the first floor, you will find one guest bedroom with two queen beds, a private bath, and French door access to the outside walkway.

With an open-concept floor plan on the second floor—the heart of the home—the living, dining, and kitchen areas blend seamlessly for accessible communication. Enjoy the views from the large picture windows as you lounge on the two linen sofas and two armchairs in the living room. Serve a tasty meal to guests at the 8-seat dining room table or enjoy a drink at the 4-stool bar. The granite countertops, farmhouse-style sink, and stainless-steel appliances make cooking easy in this fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is just right, sit outside on the patio for some alfresco dining off the main living area.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the staircase leading up to the third floor and the remaining two guest bedrooms. Both include balcony access, outdoor seating, king-sized beds, and private bathrooms. This floor is perfect for peace and quiet as the bedrooms are spaced out.

**Community Rules - No towels hanging on outdoor patio/balcony rails, no glass bottles/containers at the pool and must follow all pool rules posted. No large motor homes or boats. No loud music, no smoking on property inside or out, no grills on 2nd or 3rd floors.**

-Keep garage door closed when not using the space.
-The HOA doesn't permit any items on the balcony railings. HOA will fine for the violation and the fee will be passed onto the guest(s) for non-compliance.
