This 3 bed 2.5 bath home of a little more than 2,100 sq ft will give you and your guests enough space to relax, spread out, and have a great time! The large backyard includes a fire pit, 3 burner grill, patio furniture, and some yard games!

Guest Access:
You will have full access to this newly updated home which will easily accommodate your family and friends, up to 11 people. Hang out in the family room by the fireplace, or in the front room with the new 75" TV. The large backyard has a patio that is perfect to relax, grill, or play games.

Other Things to Note:
About a 1/2 mile walk to the waterfront, then a scenic 4 block walk to the downtown area, public beach, or lakefront park. Shop in the many stores and eat in one of the many restaurants or ice cream parlors. If you like the water you can swim at the beach or rent a boat to tour the lake and see the many mansions along the lakeshore! If you like to walk, you can even hike the shoreline around the entire lake. Just bring a good pair of hiking shoes and allow about 8 hours to get all the way around!
