Nestled at the entrance of the Allegheny National Forest, Marienville is your go to place for outdoor adventures or sanctuary. Relaxation at its finest. This Villa is packed with amenities! Fur babies welcome w/small pet deposit.

Featuring heating & air-conditioning, full size living room, two futons, big screen LED Smart TV equipt with Netflix and Roku, Business Pro high-speed internet, full-size kitchen and refrigerator stocked with cooking necessities, full size tiled shower, and brand new luxury queen mattress. Linens, pillows, and towels are also provided. Where roomy meets cozy to create the perfect hideaway!

Cabin features private patio and dining area backed into its own personal wooded nook. The Firepit comes stocked with full-sized adult swings and 2 free bundles of firewood (more available to purchase on site)!! Cook your favorite meal in the full-size kitchen or outside over the fire and serve on our hand-crafted outdoor dining bar.

Marienville is located 30 miles north of interstate 80 Shippenville's exit, along Route 66. Located in the Allegheny National Forest, Marienville offers an amazing opportunity to explore. We offer one of the most beautiful natural forest preserves in world, making it the perfect place for outdoor enthusiast's.

It is also the perfect getaway location, for anyone looking for a peaceful stay away from the fast-paced life of the city. Marienville We have two public recreational areas for guests to enjoy, Buzzard Swamps and Beaver Meadows. Both offer amazing sightseeing and hiking experiences. In addition we have many hiking trails, rv trails, hunting, fishing, and plenty of areas to explore.

We are also about 15 minutes away from Cooks Forest, PA, which has many activities for families, including children of all ages. Canoeing and Kayaking along the river in Cooks Forest is extremely popular, well known to be a very peaceful and unique experience.

Cozy and updated. It was perfect for us and our pups. It was clean and well maintained and a great location for that area. We would have enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard but there was a foot of snow on the ground so we couldn’t use it at that time.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our two dogs to check the area out. The cabin was very comfortable and peaceful. Johnny and Brittany were very accommodating to us when bad weather was about to come in. They were willing to give us early check in to try and beat the storm but also said the cabin was available the night before so we would not get caught in it. Probably got around 6-7 inches of snow while we were there. It was beautiful. We took the dogs on the trails in the woods in the snow, saw group of deer every morning and evening, including a special albino deer. We will definitely return and hope to snowmobile there soon!

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Aside from the coziness and excellent amenities, we were greeted by a leucistic deer in the backyard on several occasions. That’s as close as I’ll ever get to seeing a unicorn in the wild!! We’ll definitely be coming back!

The cabin was nice for two people. However, it is advertised that it sleeps five. However, there were no linens for any of the sleeping areas except for the one bed. In addition, there were only 3 towels in bathroom. The kitchen was equipped for plates and dinnerware for only two people. I would recommend if two people but definitely not for any more than that.

This cabin was not equal to others we have stayed in around the Cook Forest area. The outdoor seating in front of the cabin was in disarray and the cabin itself wasn't as clean as I would like. There was a dirty sock on the floor (not ours) and the carpet as well as the grey futon had stains and that all made me question things. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. The location is great and it was nice and quiet there.

Cozy, relaxing piece of heaven .

The kids and I loved our stay at this cabin. It was peaceful, and filled with walkable adventures for the kids. Johnny was an amazing host . Everything we needed PLUS was provided for our stay. The cabin was clean and adorable. Our 4 legged family member had just as much fun as we did during our stay. The trails to walk with the kids were gorgeous! We saw several different animals pretty up close in the yard and surrounding forest . Deer, ground hogs, squirrels, frogs and chipmunks ! I highly recommend this place for peace and adventures . We will 100% return . Check in was so easy . Communication with the hosts was timely and regular !

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin, but there were a few things that tarnished the experience. 1. Communication was broken, so it was difficult to get a hold of someone. 2. We were delayed getting into our cabin due to property not getting cleaned before our check-in time. 3. Had to purchase our own toilet paper since we only had less than 1/2 a roll to begin with and received more 12 hours after sending message 4. Partial refund offered, but was not delivered to dateSuper cute place, but just come prepared with essentials.

Awesome cabin rental

Our family rented this cozy cabin for the week. There are so many different activities to do near by. We enjoyed making mountain pie pizzas and s'more's every night and cooking burgers and steaks on the grill. There is lots a things to do on site like biking, axe throwing and catching frogs in the pond. Double diamond deer ranch and Farmers inn are close by. We explored many trails in the woods with some amazing bridges. It was so hot during our stay, AC in the cabin was a life saver. We visited the community pool near by and swam in the creek to cool off. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely book this rental again in the future.

Perfect break from weekend hiking

We had the BEST TIME! Brittany went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of this weekend. The yard was a nice size for our dogs and kids to run around. And the kids loved the swings by the fire pit. It was the perfect spot for smores and stargazing in between days of weekend hikes at Cook Forest!

The Sweetest cabin!!

The location is super convient to Cooks Forest and we do the National Forest trails. The property was just as pictured and very clean. There is a hidden gem!!! A little area that is being created with a larger than life 30ft Big foot made out of branches. It's truly a must stay and see. I highly recommend! Will be staying again in the future!

This will be a Forest Villas very first season in service! The founder is named Johnny, and I am Brittany, co-owner and property manager. We met the first season of our other property, and I was fortunate enough to be able to help shape and mold everything we offer our guests. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service, quick response times, and of course customer satisfaction. This is our first raw land commercial development. It has been an amazing amount of work, and more rewarding than I could have anticipated.

Johnny was raised in this area and has a insiders understanding of not only how to provide the best experience for the guests, he is also a great resource if guests are looking for something in particular. He is a loving father (Pic above), dedicated businessman, and a truly talented visionary.

I came to this area three and a half years ago on a nursing contract and rented one of his units. It wasn’t long before I was presented with the opportunity to be part of this special company. Since then, it has been an amazing adventure. We take pride in what we have created, tho being able to provide a home away from home, a space just waiting to see what kind of unforgettable memories you'll make, has been the most special part. We can't wait to host you too!

While this cabin and listing are both new to VRBO, we can’t wait to fill up the reviews. Being able to provide you with an amazing experience is at the core of our passion.

We are located between the Allegheny national forest and the infamous cooks forest. There are several trails of varying degrees of difficulty and composure. We are very well known for hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling as well. If that is not your cup of tea, we are only a few minutes from the Allegheny National River. Pick a Cove and jump in or along the river front, there is a canoe/raft rental company that also provides transportation!

While in town most any essential need is available and the small close knit community will make you feel like family. Marienville is truly a hidden gem!
