Beautiful Ohiopyle Mountain Lodge with Private Stream/Game Room/Hot Tub/ Firepit

Great location! Just minutes to Ohiopyle State Park, White Water Rafting, Frank Lloyd Wrights Fallingwater, Fort Neccesity, and Seven Springs. This cabin borders Forbes State Forest so bring your hiking boots! Have fun in your own game room, or relax in the hot tub. We offer a giant outdoor fire pit and an indoor fireplace. Grill some burgers on the outdoor grill and make great memories at the Hemlock Lodg.

Hosting 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone in your group to relax and recharge. A large recreational room featuring a billiard table, large flat screen TV and cozy bar will entertain for hours. This home features both front and rear decks, with the rear deck hosting a large hot tub. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with digital service or a Roku stick for streaming your favorite shows over the high-speed WiFi connection. Relax by the babbling stream with your favorite drink, and enjoy the spacious outdoor area with plenty of room for activities. The Hemlock Lodge is waiting for your next visit!

We are unable to offer early check in or late check out.



The key is kept in a lock box. Once you open the door, place it back inside the box. Do not keep it with you. $50 fee for lost keys.



This home is located in the woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home.



Swimming Pool and Hot tub Policies: If the property that you are renting has a swimming pool or hot tub, you understand that by accepting a reservation, you release Vacation Ohiopyle, Alpine Property Rentals LLC and all owners of all claims and assumption of risk.

Please be aware, we cannot guarantee the Swimming Pools or Hot tubs will be working at every check in. We are not a resort. We send service to fix problems as they arise, however, the repair company may not be able to fit us into their schedule on the same day. These amenities are included with every stay, therefore, refunds will not be given for malfunction during your stay.

Roads are routinely plowed, however, please remember that winter recreation is dependent on snowfall and you must be prepared with 4 wheel drive, snow tires or chains. Cancellations due to weather are not refundable.

At Check out, all dishes, including coffee pot must be washed and put away. All trash should be bagged and placed in the dumpster outside.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below.

Use of Property Grounds:
You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am.
When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
