With two bedrooms, a loft, and three full bathrooms, our condo sleeps up to 8 people and offers ample space for your group to relax. The large loft is the perfect spot for kids or additional guests, with its own full bathroom and open space. Wake up to breathtaking views of the mountains and meadow, and after a long day on the slopes, relax in the complex hot tub or by the fireplace.

Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm reservation.
A $300 security hold will be placed by the host 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
No pets of any kind due to severe allergies. $500 fee will be charged for violation.
NO SMOKING anywhere inside, or outside the condo (including the balcony, landing/stairs, or in the hot tub area). Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $1000 remediation fee.
No parties or events without express permission of the host. Noise disturbances will be fined $100 per occurrence.
