Awesome Condo

The Grand Panama is a very nice location and facility and this condo was very well done. The host is very easy to work with and helpful. We stay in a condo in PCB a couple of times a year and this was by far the nicest.

Late September Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed an early fall visit at the beach with our furbaby!! The condo was lovely and immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Our balcony overlooked the beautiful pool and beach front. We had such a great visit we have secured a reservation again this time next year!!

Relaxing

We absolutely loved the condo!! It was exactly how it was advertised and came with everything you could possibly need for vacation! Communication was wonderful!! Lois answered any questions I had and was super responsive and friendly!! We will stay again if PCB is our destination again next summer!!

July 2024 vacation

Overall a good stay. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. Only downfall, the whole condo is generally kept too hot for summer temperatures. We bought extra fans to keep cool at night.

We allow our guests to change the thermostadt settings. I'm sorry you had any issues and wish you would have said something when I asked how your stay was going, as I would have immediately had a technician out to check the unit. I am glad you enjoyed the condo and resort!

Wonderful 40th Birthday Getaway!!!

We went to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. We arrived to happy birthday decorations and a birthday card! So thoughtful!! The condo was very clean and had high end, quality furniture!! Shower tile and lighting fixtures are gorgeous!! The owner was very responsive when we had door issues. Will definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!!

Great location, beautiful view

The property owners are very responsive and kind. The location is great and the view is gorgeous. The beach service is awesome. We had a couple of cleanliness concerns (slight smell throughout, a live roach, the front-loading washing machine smells musty, and the ceiling in the master bathroom has stains…) but overall it was a great stay, and we really enjoyed having our pups with us. The parking situation is quite cramped so be prepared for a little patience on that! :)

I am so sorry that you had any issues. I do wish you would have let me known about them so I could have attempted to resolve them. Our condo is treated more than quarterly for pests. Since it is Florida bugs do like the heat, but I do everything I can to mitigate the chance of them in my unit. I can assure you that it was not a roach, but a palmetto bug which frequents the south. But I deeply apologize that you saw one.

First Trip to Panama!!!

First time to Panama Beach and loved it!! The Grand Panama Beach Resort was very clean! Our condo, owed by the Eagleson's, was adorably decorated and spotless inside! We will definitely be returning next year and hopefully in one owned by them! They even sent txt throughout our stay making sure we didn't need anything! The kitchen was supplied beyond our expectations, full of all kinds of pots, pans, skillets and cookie sheets etc. making our meals a breeze to cook! The pool was always clean and the elevators relatively fast. This unit was even dog friendly so we could bring our fur babies along!! Can't say enough great things about this unit/resort. Our experience there was our first and will not be our last!! Best beach experience ever!
