The Space:
Guests will enter the home on the ground level through either the garage or the front door, making it easy to unload your personal items straight from your car into the home. On this floor, you will find storage space for your boots, coats, and whatever gear you need to unload thanks to the two coat racks and a shoe rack. From here, head up the short flight of stairs to the main floor and shared spaces. Striking floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious, open-concept layout, and abundant natural light add to the fabulous charm of the living/kitchen/dining room.

In the beautiful carpeted living room you will find a sectional sofa and an armchair situated around the stunning stone fireplace. Settle in and make yourself at home as you warm up by the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie from the 65” TV, or take in the falling snow out the soaring windows. Just off of the living room, find the large dining table that can seat as many as 9 and serves as the perfect bridge between the kitchen and living area. It features large bright windows and access to the gorgeous patio with a BBQ grill, patio seating for two, and a private hot tub.

Back inside, find the spacious kitchen, which will delight the chef in your group with its high-end finishes and functionality. This beautiful space boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, as well as a roomy island with bar seating for three. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare and serve a meal in style, from stemware and serveware to a crockpot and blender.

Next to the kitchen, you will find a half-bathroom and the stylish master bedroom, this lovely room will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Get a good night's rest on the plush king-size bed, which features matching nightstands with lamps next to it. From bed, enjoy a movie night from the mounted 50” TV, or curl up with a good book in the large sofa chair next to the three bright windows. Rounding out the room is a dresser, a large walk-in closet, and an additional smaller closet with a luggage holder. Adding to the comfort of this room is the connected master bathroom. Freshen up in this bright and modern bathroom where you will find a double-sink vanity with marble countertops and ample under-the-sink storage space, and a large freestanding shower with a built-in bench.

Head upstairs, and you will find an open loft area overlooking the living room and soaring windows. Kids and teenagers will love this space with its two bean bag chairs, cards and board games, a 50” TV, and a Nintendo Wii gaming system. Off this space, you will find the first upstairs bedroom situated as a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing ample sleeping space. This room is great for to share and offers plenty of space to store all your personal items in the large closet and the drawers under the bottom bunks. Down the hallway you will come to the second upstairs bedroom, the layout of the upstairs provides a great separation of space, so all can enjoy a quiet night's rest. In this cozy bedroom, relax on the queen-size bed, where you will find two matching nightstands with lamps. Enjoy catching the morning light from the window seat found in this room. The bedroom also includes a 50” TV, a large dresser, and a large closet. Back in the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a second door separating the toilet and bathtub/shower, providing extra privacy. Across the hallway from the bathroom is a full laundry room, so you can keep up with any of your laundry needs while on vacation.

On the ground level, you will find a fourth bedroom, a large, dynamic space that is perfect for families traveling with small children. Get a good night's rest on the queen-size bed, sofa bed, or twin trundle bed, the room has space for four to sleep. The bedroom includes two large closets providing ample storage space as well as a mounted 50” TV. For those that need a quiet space to catch up on remote work, you will find a full office set-up in this room with a desk, chair, and a wireless printer. This room also includes an attached full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a freestanding shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a garage, as well as a private outdoor patio, and a hot tub. Guests will have access to one parking space in the garage and up to three additional spaces in the driveway. Guests will also have access to shared amenities in the clubhouse, which include an outdoor pool and a fitness center.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled just outside the city of Hideout, this beautiful home is the perfect gateway to experience Park City, with many of the area's best outdoor spots located within a 15-minute drive. In the summertime enjoy hiking on the nearby trails at SkyRidge North Trailhead and Ross Creek Trailhead. Or, head over to the serene Jordanelle Reservoir, one of Utah’s more popular state parks, where you will find a variety of activities to enjoy such as scenic hiking, boating, mountain biking trails, and in the summer months, water sports park. In the winter, enjoy skiing at the new Mayflower Resort, just a few minutes away from Jordanelle Reservoir. Find both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort less than 15 minutes away, and Canyons Resort, the largest ski resort in Park City, just ten miles from the home! Or make the 15-minute drive downtown and enjoy the many eateries, breweries, museums, shops, and other entertainment options found in the Main Street Historic District. Whatever type of adventure you are after while in Park City, the location of this modern home provides easy access for you to enjoy it all.

Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities with UT-248W and HWY 189S minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor spots are within 15 minutes from the home, such as Jordanelle Reservoir and several of the area's best ski resorts. Or, drive the 15-minutes to town and visit Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. The nearest bus stop to the home, Brown's Canyon Rd & W Peace Tree Trail (Black Rock), is around a half-mile walk from the home. You will also find Richardson Flat Park and Ride a mile away, making it easy to drive over and then utilize the free public transportation. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
