The Space:
All of Park City’s attractions are just a short drive away from this spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom mountain getaway, which is perfect for large groups and families.

When you step through the front door of this lovely home, it’s clear that everything is designed with convenience in mind. On the basement level, you’ll find the first of two living areas, this one adorned with comfortable touches like a plush couch, a set of bean bag chairs, a pair of boot dryers, a smart TV mounted above the roaring stone fireplace, and a Pac-Man electronic tabletop game for 3. There’s also a cozy sleeping area with great light and views on the basement level, which comes with a queen-sized freestanding bed and a set of queen bunk beds as well. Attached to this basement area is a full-sized bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo, so you can wash off the grime after a long day on the slopes.

Upon heading up the stairs to the main level of this comfortable retreat, you’ll find an expansive open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen space. The kitchen is stocked with all the latest of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove that the cooking-inclined members of your group will love. Hop on one of the stools at the breakfast nook and bond with your family over a cup of coffee each morning–there’s bar seating here for up to 5 people. Or, head on over to the dining space if you feel like entertaining, which features seating for up to 8 guests total.

From the kitchen and dining areas, the living room is easily accessible and offers plenty of seating without being overcrowded. Flop down on the comfy sectional after a long day of Park City fun and turn on the TV, conveniently located on the mantle above the large stone fireplace. Or, head to the master bedroom on this floor, which features a giant king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower that feels incredibly luxurious to bathe in.
Up the stairs, on the final floor of the home, you’ll find even more bedrooms, each with their own charms and unparalleled mountain views. One of the upstairs bedrooms, in addition to having a king-sized bed, also features a smaller twin-sized mattress, so it can sleep even more guests. There’s truly no end to the amount of charm, roominess, and serenity that you’ll find in this stunning and easily-accessible home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the outdoor spaces and the 2-driveway parking.

The Neighborhood:
Located just 15 minutes from Park City’s attractions and only 4 minutes away from the Jordanelle Express Gondola, this home is the perfect jumping-off platform for those who want to visit Park City without staying in the midst of all its hubbub. If you want to stay close to the accommodation, just a 2-minute drive away from the home is Jordanelle State Park, which offers a ton of outdoor recreation options, including boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Getting Around:
Park City is just a 15-minute drive from this mountain getaway, full of all the five-star restaurants, funky boutiques, art galleries, and other attractions your heart could desire. For those flying in without their own vehicle, Uber/Lyft are always a great option to get anywhere you need to be.

Other Things to Note:
This home comes with central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable, no matter what season you decide to visit.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
