Relax with the whole family at this beautiful, BRAND NEW villa 12 minutes drive from the beach. With 5 spacious bedrooms, a study and game room there is room and activities to keep everyone entertained. Take a ride to the beach or go out for ice cream. When you want to enjoy your time at home, play a game of air hockey, table tennis, billiards or board games in the game room.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by a private study with workstation and a sofa bed.

Cook up delicious meals in the open layout kitchen which ensures you remain connected to the living and dining areas. Take your pick of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker, water dispenser, blender, mixer, waffle maker, griddle, indoor grill, air fryer, ice cream maker, toaster oven and pressure cooker.

Then eat your meal and baked goodies at the Transformer dining table overlooking the pond. Table and accompanying bench can be extended to seat 12 people.

All bedrooms are comfortable and fitted with memory foam mattresses and comfortable linen. Two bedrooms are designed to accommodate little travelers having books and toys and one set of toddler rails. There is also a pack and play stored in the laundry room and air mattress stored in the linen closet. All four beds in the children’s rooms have trundle beds to accommodate sleepovers.

By far, the guest favorite is the game room with large Scrabble, Connect Four, Chess and Checkers games that you can play against the wall, air hockey, table tennis or billiards that you can play on the multi game table, over 100 arcade game options and multiple board games to choose from. Alternatively, sit back and watch a movie on the 75” TV to make you feel like you are in be cinema.

The garage is stocked with 2 small grills and outdoor games to enjoy the backyard including: water guns, large connect four, large Jenga, Cornhole toss, and water splash pad for the kids. There are adult bikes (that need to be assembled) and 1 child bike and 1 tricycle and wagon for the little ones.

Finally, take a stroll to the clubhouse and enjoy the pool/splash park or drive 10 min to Bethany Beach and enjoy a day in the sun!

Please make sure you do the following during/after your stay:

1. Please do not take any items from the house with you (towels, sheets, recreational items or any item from this home.) If items are missing you will be charged for each item.

2. Please place all linens and towels in the laundry room that have been used.

3. Trash can be placed in the bins beside the house. All trash should be in the bin and not outside the bins. Bins can stay where they are. Please do NOT take the bins to the end of the street at any time.

4. 2 pets minimum! Please do not allow pets to use the bathroom in the house or the front yard. You can walk dogs in backyard but please ensure that you pick up after your pets. Dogs stay on the first floor!

*****5. PLEASE be careful in the backyard. There is a HUGE pond with no fence! Supervise all children and animals!!!*****

6. Please make sure all lights are turned off.

7. Please lock and close all windows and doors when you leave.

8. Please place last two forms I will send to you in the window shield when you arrive at all times. HOA will fine you. Also please no curbside street parking in front of the house. There is extra parking one house down on the left hand side of the house near the pond.

Also there are 8 wrist bands and 2 key fobs near the coffee maker in the home in the kitchen. Please wear wrist bands if you go to the clubhouse and pool at all times. Please also place wristbands and key fobs back in the plastic bag near the coffee maker before you leave. Please also take a picture of the 2 key fobs and 8 wrist bands when you arrive and after you leave. If any are missing, there will be a fee for each item lost.
