Gorgeous Waterfall Oasis Retreat

Experience the comfort & relaxation of this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfall oasis retreat. Centrally located between Phoenix & Tucson in Beautiful Heartland Ranch, Coolidge AZ. Spend the day in the living areas or being refreshed on the patio next to the refreshing sound of water as you explore local attractions: Greek Orthodox Monastery, Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, Salt River Tubing, caves & hiking. Just 45 minutes to Phoenix and 60 minutes to Tuscan.
The space
You get the entire house exclusively to yourself. With two dining areas, two living rooms, open floor plan kitchen with a butcher block Island with pots, pans, crock pot, griddle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, coffee pot & coffee provided. We also have a barbecue in the backyard.

The great room has a big screen TV with Roku to stream your favorite movies, and shows.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, TV with Roku, with a full bathroom, double sinks, garden tub, shower, and a full walk-in closet with hangers and extra blankets. (please do not flush sanitary, items down the toilet, or flush any wipes down the toilet).

Bedroom number #2 has a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, and closet with hangers.

Bedroom #3 has two comfortable twin beds, closet with hangers.

Bathroom #2 has a shower, tub combo with a single sink. (Please do not put any sanitary items in the toilet and do not flush wipes down the toilet).

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided.

Washer and dryer are available for four day stays or longer for a small fee.

The backyard has flagstone patios with sitting areas/patio furniture and beautiful waterfalls. Please note the remote control for the waterfalls is inside on the desk. Please turn off the waterfalls when you go inside. Please note there will be $100 fee for lost waterfall remote.

Garage parking is available upon request. Please note there will be $100 fee for lost garage door opener.

We do not host any events.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the Property. Any evidence or odor of smoking/vaping/marijuana will will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

***Please note regarding the AC during the months of May through October when we have excessive heat warnings 100 degrees and above that the AC needs to be set between 77-78 degrees. We have an app that regulates it.

No pets allowed
