Luxury Beachfront Oasis - Includes daily meals prepared by private chef

Puertas al Mar is a large beach front property. Upon arrival you will enter through a large secure gate into the courtyard. The entire property is enclosed by privacy walls and locked gated access to both the street and beach. The property has two homes on it - you and your guests will be the only guests on the property during your stay, the other home will not be occupied at any point during your stay.

The home has a private retained beach and palapa that is always available during your stay. The adjacent beach may be accessed via stairs from our retained beach. It is important to know that sargasso is prevalent at various times of year - some weeks there is none, some weeks there is a large amount, due to the nature of the tides and sargasso blooms we are unable to control how much or when it will be in the ocean or on the adjacent beach. When there is a large amount present, it can omit an odor that is unpleasant, this is the nature of the beaches in this area and is out of our control as hosts/owners. Housekeeping services are included and available between 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner prepared by our Professional Chef and non-alcoholic beverages for 8 guests are included in the price of the rental. Alcohol packages are available for adults over 21 for $100/per day.

You will have a menu of curated meals to choose from prior to checking in. Special requests are considered - please contact our host at least 48 hours prior to checking in and we will do our best to accommodate these request - unfortunately they are not always possible but we do our best.

Round-trip ground transportation to and from the Cancun airport is also included in your stay.

Pool-side massages, boat charters to Isla mujeres, and day-trips to cenotes are also possible to arrange with sufficient lead time. Please contact our host with questions regarding this.

You have access to the beach toys (four ocean kayaks, 3 paddle boards, various games, and sand toys) as well as beach/pool towels. If you have any other special requests, please do not hesitate to ask - we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
