Parties are not allowed. Small gatherings or quiet events are.
The home has warm, and relaxing charm, recently renovated with some modern touches but still kept some of that original feel.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking at least 4 cars. There is also parking on the street in front of the Home.
