Great for the Convention Center

It was perfect for us, a short walk from the Convention Center, the house was great, lots of good restaurants too.

Close to everything

Yancy’s place is close to everything including Yards brewing, Old City and the Broad Street line which can get you wherever you want to go. The place was clean and well furnished though we wish there had been more paper products like toilet paper and paper towels. Overall it was a good stay

Ok neighborhood, not great. Terribly loud music both nights (weekend). No flexibility with the checkin process. Pictures are deceving.

Great place for a family

Loved our stay. Was apprehensive at first of location (we got in late) but it was very secure. Parking is good and on the street but still we’re able to find in front of unit, even with a Large suburban. I would say that upstairs peeps seemed liked they have kids and at night there is a lot of movement. But nothing that kept us up. But we also can be heavy sleepers. Thanks so much !!

perfect condo for partyers. Rave party across the street until 3am for 2 nights. Not recommended for business strip. Also, I askes around, the rave party happens often, not a onetime occurrence. Owners never mentioned it and paid full price.

Family stay in Philly

We stayed here with our 18 year old daughter and my parents who are 65. The neighborhood seems a littleRun down but after walking around for a few days I never felt uncomfortable. It is a pretty close walk toChina town and a decent walk to Reading terminalMarket. Parking was street parking and we did have to park one car about a block down the road, but the other car was right in front. The apartment was nice and looked just like the pictures, plenty of space for the 5 of us, you do have to be comfortable with stairs to get to any of the bedrooms. Beds were soft and comfortable, bedding was great. My onlyComplaint would be the noise, you could hear the upstairs neighbors at night and in the am, I got woken up every morning around 6:00/6:30 by construction noise, people talking outside the window (from the car business), and the neighbors walking around (it sounded like a heard of elephants!). There really is nothing the owner can do about that… but my parents who were in the other upstairs bedroom said they were fine with their noise machine on they didn’t hear anything. Also, the temp differs greatly between the floors, the basement would be chilly, the main would be comfortable, and the top floor would be a bit warm… common for these types of set ups but good for people to know.
