This home is 100% custom with all kinds of neat little storage areas and a secret room! The home has all the interior amenities that you could ever need and a unique feel like no other.

You now have access to our farm 10 minutes away with a fishing pond and soon we will have horses, miniature cows and other animals to pet and enjoy!
The space
This home is 100% custom with every extra detail possible added! The home has a beautiful open-air foyer when you ist walk in that can be opened up to hang out/cookout while watching the game or movies from the foyer tv!

When you walk into the home you will be met with tall vaulted ceilings, a completely custom kitchen with island sitting, a huge comfortable sectional and a 70-inch tv. The kitchen is suited with all kinds of extras, make sure to check out the photos. Off the kitchen, through the secret spice door is the laundry room/pantry. You will have full use of the washer and dryer along with built-in laundry bins for your convenience.

Off the living room, you have a full guest bathroom, office with U shape desk, small smart TV and closet. There is also a small dog door for our furry guests! The door will be locked and closed but you are welcome to open it during your stay.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and custom bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Also through the master, you have a fenced-in backyard with a private furnished patio.

The outdoor space has a large fenced-in area to the back with an air conditioner large dog house and a smaller fence with access to the dog door or patio.

Other things to note
There are two dog fences in the backyard. One has a large air-conditioned dog house for your outdoor pet if needed!

Our home is on a well so occasionally, there can be a red or brown tint to the water. The water is safe, but this is normal in GA with wells after heavy rains.
