Another Great Stay. Convenient to UGA.

This is our second time to stay. We had a long weekend due to an event at UGA. Property is close to UGA and downtown. Very quiet and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and owner is very responsive.

One Night Stay

Perfect spot for a quick stay. We needed a place in between Atlanta and Augusta for a quick stay. The check in process and overall communication were great. The house had plenty of amenities to make it obvious the owner knows what they are doing with VRBO - coffee, water, snacks, towels, soaps, etc. Location to Athens was just a short Uber away. Thanks for the great stay.

Great stay and convenient to UGA.

We had a long weekend in Athens for an event at UGA. The property was perfect for us. Very quiet, clean and UGA is only a few minutes away. Check in process was easy and owner answered any question promptly. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to UGA.

My Family and I stayed at the property over the weekend. We were in town to visit my daughter who is a student at UGA and attend a UGA Gymnastics Meet. The property was in a great location a short commute to all things UGA and Athens. Check in was convenient. The home was a great size and had everything you could think of you would need for a few nights stay to include complimentary bottled water, plenty of towels, comfy beds and board games for the kiddos. We will definitely stay again. Thank You.

Weekend Getaway

There is so much to do in Athens besides attend football games! Vibrant music scene, excellent restaurants. We loved staying at this charming, quiet and lovely property. Close to everything. The hosts had all the amenities as well as special touches like snacks, water and even toothpaste and toothbrushes. We really liked the back porch and separate office space and dining room so the four of us could be in our own “early morning wake up with coffee” bubbles. Will definitely book again.

Attention to Detail

I was amazed at every little detail accounted for. From coffee creamer in the fridge to games, water, snacks, toiletries, all made available. If you tend to leave anything at home, you will not have to worry. If you are the most organized person, you will still be amazed. Easy entry, unbelievable exit process, basically, just leave and we will take care of the rest.

Clean and comfortable

We only stayed one evening at the condo, but I would recommend staying here. The location is convenient to the Athens area and is on a quiet street. The condo itself is clean and spacious. Everyone in our group commented on the nice sized rooms. The host even left snacks and water bottles, very thoughtful. We highly recommend!

Great rental!

Wilfred was a gracious host and I enjoyed my stay. The home was spacious, clean, and quiet. It is at the end of a dead end street and I don't think I heard a single car. The area is not super walkable, but that can't necessarily be expected in Athens. I'd stay there again.

Excellent home in quiet neighborhood

The owner is pleasant to work with and responsive, and his property is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of nice touches like snacks, water, good-quality bath towels and several choices of COFFEE. We checked in late following a concert in Athens and left the next morning so we didn’t spend much time there, but we all commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were. It is also a very spacious home. We will definitely choose this property again on our return trips to Athens. I highly recommend it.
