The house was perfect! We just wanted a little weekend getaway and it just checked off everything on our list. The pool was great, we used the grill, and kitchen all weekend. Just a great stay. I definitely recommend. Very spacious and clean. Not to far from restaurants and entertainment.

The home is very welcoming and comfortable. The kiddos had a blast in the pool and the game room has an awesome basketball game that everyone had a turn on. My girls are autistic and it was really cool to see a street sign nearby that said “autistic child area” never seen one before! All in all it was a great spring break and we would definitely book again!

We stayed 2 nights and this place was amazing. The host was wonderful and very understanding. I recommend everyone book with this host. We drove in from Houston to Baytown and everything was setup and ready for us. The pool and the place was clean and the host was able and ready to communicate with me anytime I needed to contact them.

Comfy and spacious

We enjoyed this comfy and very spacious home! The game room was a win. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to eat, play …. We will definitely stay again should we be in south Texas!

Great place to stay

The house was spotless and roomy. Cute little game room for kids. I loved the fenced in back yard with a beautiful pool. And I felt the neighborhood was a safe area.

Family Getaway

This was a great spot to stay for our family getaway. We had so much fun in the pool and grilling on the grill. Home was clean and ready for us and for the most part had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely book this again in the future. Host made himself available and greeted me through the phone to make sure everything was ok.

Our experience

This rental is nice for a family reconnection. There was plenty for us to do at the property so we didn’t have to leave. Although I do think it could use more dishes in the kitchen.The host was very quick and helpful to answer any questions.The neighborhood was fairly quiet and no one bothered us. Awesome stay

Clean house. Great host. Awesome pool! Loved all that was included. From plates to napkins to towels and some snacks when we checked in. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to stay near the Houston area. Only about a 25 min drive to the zoo, museum, aquarium, and Kemah boardwalk.

Cute little home

Cute little home with nice amenities. The grill was not clean upon arrival and the power outlet in master bathroom did not work as well as no remote or working tv in master bedroom. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent property. Would definitely stay again.

Just as advertised except that listing did say there is a diving board on the pool. We didn’t mind that it had been removed. The property is beautiful, clean, very accommodating. Owners thought pretty much of everything and were quick to respond to minor questions. Perfect for multi generational. Kids liked the bunk room! We will definitely stay again.

Kids loved the pool! House is more outdated than the pictures but overall a good place. The house was clean and comfortable but vents were dusty and old. Air conditioner worked great! Please be aware that you are changed by the person or there will be extra fees! Make sure to put the correct guest amount when booking.Host was easy to contact and answered all the questions.

Terrible

Host didn’t send house code the first night so I had to pay extra money for a hotel and the neighbor pulled a gun on us the first night.

This was the first time this has ever happened, and unfortunately, I was asleep at 2 AM when you arrived. I offered you the option to cancel for a full refund, and I appreciate your understanding and decision to move forward with the booking. Regarding the neighbor's reaction, I can't confirm the details, but it's possible their concerns were due to the movement of cameras and attempts to open windows. I also noticed there were more guests than stated in the reservation. After our discussion, you assured me they wouldn't stay, but they did. Despite this, I decided to call it a wash and even bought you dinner to make up for the initial mistake. Again, I apologize for my oversight and the resulting issues, but it's important for all guests to follow house rules and be honest about their party size to avoid such situations in the future.

I felt watched. I told him that I was unsure of how many people would come and he said, "thats fine, I will just bill you for the extra people." Within a few minutes of my guests arriving he called to ask how many people we had. I couldn't be comfortable for the rest of the stay.

Christina, it’s unfortunate that you felt this way, but it seems there was a misunderstanding. Our concern was due to the number of guests, as it appeared the property was being used for others to stay and party, which goes against our policies. In hindsight, I should have canceled the reservation and asked your group to vacate. I cannot recommend you as a guest.
