Chloe's Place

We would like to welcome you to Chloe's Place! Our hide-away suite is stylishly decorated with a private covered pergola and fenced tropical garden space to enjoyable a tranquil escape. We take pride and pleasure in sharing our property which has been in our family for over 50 years. We are just a drive away from Tampa's Downtown River Walk and many beautiful beaches. The suite consist of a beautiful living area including dining table/chairs, cozy love seat, and tempur-pedic bed, kitchenette, and a lovely private bath with rain showerhead. Luxury linen for both bed and bath are essentials. Room darkening drapes, individual a/c controls, air purifier, and professional high-speed internet are among the many essentials. Guest will enjoy private parking and private entrance at the rear of our property. A garden path of tropical plants and flowers lead to your private pergola with comfortable seating, outside dining and gas grill - a delightful place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail and Florida's golden sunsets! The suite's entrance is there under the pergola. A modest fence divides your space from the main yard which is where Jake (our boxer) chases his bubbles or naps in the sun. Jake's furry cat brothers roam and lounge under hanging orchids or claim the picnic table. On the opposite side of the yard our feathered ladies (all laying hens - no roosters) spend their days in and out of their Chateau. Fresh eggs are always available upon request! The shared laundry area is located in the sunroom adjacent to your pergola. Small dogs may be considered, please message us.
