Cozy apartment in Brussels centre!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, just 8 minutes walking from the main central attractions in Brussels, bars and restaurants.
Nice neighborhoods and safe, very easy to get from Brussels airport, even walking distance to and from the train stations. U also have the metros and buses all in communication with the center where the place is located.
The space
The apartment is walking distance from and to everything in the center. It is self check in, so would be nice a communication after booking, I can send all informations and a video with details if Airbnb don’t provide it. The room is on the street side, with sun light in the morning. There is an extra windows inside it with a sound foam to diminish some potential noises from outside. The space is bigger than pic shows with a lot of places to storage your stuff during your little stay. To access the apartment in the first floor you have to climb 2 little stairs.
Guest access
The guest will have access to the kitchen/living room, private room and private bathroom
Other things to note
Rules: Silence coming in and out of the building is required to respect the neighbors, only 2 people is allowed as it is an official renting with taxes declaration.
Is totally forbidden smoking, parties or loud music inside or outside the apartment!!! Some people still don’t read it…..
