Great stay

We stayed here for an extended weekend. Great place to stay and highly recommend! House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Hosts were very friendly.

Lovely place for a getaway

The hosts were great and the house was lovely- spacious, comfortable, and nice views of the bay. They checked in with us to make sure everything was good. World definitely stay here again.

The house and neighborhood are wonderful. I loved waking up and drinking a cup of coffee on the back porch daily. All of the rooms are bright, cheerful, and clean. We loved working with the hosts.

Family Vacation

We stayed here to connect with family from Boston! The home was warm, welcoming and just what we needed to eat, drink, laugh and spend time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better scenery!!!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

I very much enjoyed my stay. This is a beautiful home, very tranquil and relaxing. It is just far enough from the crowds to allow for a relaxing vacation while still being just a short drive away to all area attractions. The owners are quite hospitable as well. Thank you.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Bery well decorated interior. Very spacious. My son used the kayak in bay. Owner of property lived next door. They were not intrusive. Very helpful and thoughtful after the storm. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome vacation!

Osocozy was quite the find, TBH - the pictures on VRBO didn’t do its justice. All of us were quite happy w/ the house inside and out! Inside the house was clean, spacious and had everything you could want for 4 adults. Outside was awesome as well - we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the wonderful views!

Absolutely fantastic!

We had a terrific stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless - the listing photos hardly do it justice. We had a wonderful time sitting out on the deck looking out at the water, and enjoyed using the kayaks provided which can be launched right from the property. Mark and Lisa were lovely hosts. Can’t recommend enough, we will be back!

Wonderful!!

My family and I had such a wonderful vacation here. The owners live next door and were so thoughtful and helpful the whole week. This house is fully stocked from top to bottom with everything you could possibly need and then some. We can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing view

We had an amazing time on the bay! Family ( including teens) had plenty to do and house was spacious enough to spread out on the rainy morning.House was well stocked with everything we needed from dishes, silverware, spices to linens, towels and beach towels. Owners live next door and were extremly helpful and freindly as well as the neighbors. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Quiet getaway with amazing views

Wife and I stayed here with 2 young boys and their grandparents for a Independence day weekend getaway. Chose to stay somewhere close to Rehobath and all the other beaches, but far enough for quiet evenings. Lisa and Mark were amazing hosts, quuckly followed up with all our questions, and were always ready to assist with helpful tips and suggestions. We also took advantage of the kayaks available and enjoyed waking up to a beautiful scenary with coffee in hand. The home was clean and spacious, very well stocked for a weekend stay. Overall, we loved out stay here and would definitely visit again next time we pass through!

Beyond Expectations

I will quote my mother who made this choice, "OsoCozy was far beyond our expectations. It was like being in a model home, not just clean but new and bright. The rooms were spacious, and the beautiful decor was perfect seashore style. Any and everything one would want, or need was provided. This was our first VRBO rental after numerous rentals with the other popular site. It surpasses anything we have had before. We attribute all of this to our hosts, Lisa & Mark. Thank you!
