Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this Victorian in Old Roseville :) Hwy 80 on the Right, Downtown fun, Restaurants, Bars, Markets & Events Live Music so many options on the left. Victorian is Located on a tiny Quiet, One-way street. With Two HUGE Orange trees in the fully fenced front. Pick as many as you desire, and make fresh OJ. Beautiful backyard with 4 sitting areas a fireplace, and a Walnut & Apricot tree. Very open spacious property with 2 extra large bedrooms 2 baths & office room so if needed you can work and bring the family too. 6 MAX. Driveway parking.
Fully functional stocked Kitchen with pot/pans, coffee, tea Coffee Creamer, Water Bottles and so much more! Salon Products and lots of extra amenities for you to have a pleasant stay.
Due to severe medical allergies, asthma & Toxic SHOCK, there will be NO exceptions to the Service/Pet Policy for the life of the owner. THANK YOU!

Nice quaint place to stay in the middle of town. The orange trees out front were a huge plus giving us plenty of free juice. Host is right there so if needed any questions answered was quick to respond.

Loretta is an amazing host. Loved this rental. Will definitely stay again. Loretta was very accommodating and super friendly. If you want a nice quiet well stocked place to stay, this is the place. 5 star review doesn’t do this place and Loretta justice

We enjoyed how comfortable this house was for our family. I think cozy is the best descriptive term; lots of comforters, kitchen was clean and well organized.We had to buy a wine opener, but that was a small investment.

We had a nice time. The host, Loretta was so amazing. Very attentive to all of our needs. There is an indoor community pool that is about 8 blocks away from this property. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. There was a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It's in an area where restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance, and for those of us who enjoy morning walks, there's a beautiful trail that runs alongside one of Sacramento's rivers. The walks are safe and relaxing. Busy days, but peaceful nights... a beautiful area! The owner of the house also allowed us to pick oranges from the orange tree in front of the house, which is beautiful and provides shade and refreshes the house. Communication with the owners was excellent! We were very satisfied, and this house will be on our list for our next visit to Sacramento!

The house was cute and very clean and roomie. There was a smart TV, but it did not have any streaming service on the Roku, so if you want to watch TV, you need to be able to subscribe into your own account. The orange trees in the front yard were the biggest juiciest Best oranges we’ve ever had! The outside temperature was about 40 at night, and the heaters did not work properly. There was a portable heater that we turned on and that gave us a nice comfortable 70 to 71 in the house. There were lots of blankets, so it was very comfortable.

Nice hardwood floors, big kitchen with lots of counter space, easy entry and safe locks. Great orange trees out front. The manger was easy to reach and would get back to me asap. Great find!

Bigger than expected.

The property was great. Although there were two other units within 100 feet it felt pretty private. Very big.nicely decorated. Host was accommodating to me and my young children thanks! Would recommend.

My wife and son spent three nights at this very nice property. The owner is very involved and available if any issues arise. Perfect communication. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. I give it 5 stars!!!

Fresh Orange Juice

The location, huge kitchen, and two orange trees were the best parts of this place. There are three connected homes. We could easily hear the residents of the place above us. Unfortunately for us the floors are not completely level which is not good for someone with balance issues. In the photos and description there was a washer and dryer. When we got there, we found an old washer and no dryer- very disappointed! Hope that gets fixed soon! Host was very responsive!
