BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Designer touches, sophistication and comfort reign in this primary suite that gives luxury hotel vibes. Downstairs Master suite includes a King size bed with luxury mattress and pillows, with direct access to the relaxing patio space. Adjoining this room is a highly upgraded oversized en-suite bathroom that includes dual sinks, and a separate walk in shower.
The second bedroom is the perfect oasis for relaxation and offers a queen size bed with luxury mattress.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs with a king size bed been designed to whisk you into serenity.
Loft area includes a queen size sleeper sofa and features a Smart TV and foosball table.
KITCHEN :
This chef’s kitchen is prepared for you to cook- with all of the tools and supplies you will need to be comfortable and productive. The kitchen is modern and sophisticated. Unlike many other rentals, you will find there is empty cabinet space to store any food items that you bring in!
LIVING:
The living room is a wonderful place for you to wind down, or watch your favorite game or match. There is ample seating for your group and a 86” Smart TV. You can log in to your own online accounts (Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, etc.) to customize your multi-media enjoyment. The Smart TV is connected to a Yamaha receiver integrated with the whole house sound system to set the ambiance (with individual area volume controls). This open concept floorplan unfolds to the dining room (with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter). The loft features its own Smart TV and foosball table. This home also features a Nest thermostat to conveniently adjust the temperature with a simple twist of the dial.
OUTSIDE:
The patio space flows directly from the open living/dining area floor plan and allows for fresh air relaxation. The patio enjoys afternoon shade (and has additional market umbrellas) and offers plenty of seating for your post golf round decompression or pre-event festivities. Up your relaxation game by sitting next to the outdoor fountain that is just a step outside the Master Suite in the extended portion of the patio.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
Your home is furnished with cableTV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, crock pot, blender, Keurig (with starter pods), toaster, and hand mixer.
KITCHEN:
Your home is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine, whiskey and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bakeware and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper, and starter paper towels and napkins. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). The patio includes a propane gas grill. As this home is adjacent the community pool area, the large gas grills are available for convenient use as well.
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels and napkins, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, tissue, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash . There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (a Key FOB is in the home)
LOCATION:
4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Trader Joes, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire property. The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! You will also have key FOB access to the expansive community pool and fitness center with state-of-the art equipment.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our community pools are heated.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
This vacation rental is furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. This property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. A Kuerig coffee maker is provided with starter pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, tissue paper, hand soap, dish sponge and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Unfortunately, no pets allowed. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party.

The cleanliness was the best I have seen from rentals. The layout is perfect and would accommodate all combinations of groups. The decor is crisp and modern. Indoor and outdoor living great for the group. The nearby pool, gym, and indoor outdoor area beautiful. The entire community is clean and so beautifully landscaped

Nice location close to all PGA West golf courses we played
Property description accurate. Location near clubhouse and pool convenient but can be noisy during the day with all the outside activity. No problems at night. Good communication with property manager throughout the stay

Top Notch Spring Break Spot
This is a five-star review that I really do not want to write. Not because anything about our stay or this property was short of absolutely fabulous, but because I don’t want the place to be booked the next time I return. We were more than impressed with the spotless accommodations, location and overall quality. We will certainly be back if it isn’t already booked!!!!

Nice new condo with lots of space and close to pool
Recommend this property and location. Unit was easy to checkin to and find. Very clean and very new feeling. Plenty of space for everyone. Just make sure you bring your own shower soap. They supply basically everything else, dishwasher pods, trash bags, linens, etc. Right next to the pool. Nice little patio. Would definitely stay here again.
