►The entire property has 4 units: A, B, C and D. Unit A is at the front of the building, unit B is at the back of the building, unit C is at upstairs level and unit D is a tiny home detached from the main building located at the back.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Parking is available on the gravel driveway. Please, leave room for walkway for the front home guests. Additional free parking is available in front of the home on the streets.

►To units A, B and C the access is provided via individual code for smart lock device. Touch the smart lock device on the door, it will wake the touchscreen up. After you type the key code assigned to your trip duration, push the Check mark. If you have not received the code, please contact the host.

►To unit D the access is provided via individual PIN for the lock box. You should receive your lock box PIN 8 hours before the check-in.

►Please make yourself at home! But by all means, if you have any questions or if you need anything at all throughout your visit, please feel free to contact us!

and our staff.
➡Luggage drop-off is always available, we have our Storage room.

NOTE:
➡ We`re not accountable for any lost or damage to your luggage.

▶CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
➡Late check-out will be granted upon availability of the property and our staff.
◉ Outside patio&grill area and parking in front of the building are common area that might be used by other guests.

◉ Only guests who’s names are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy.

◉ Access is provided via individual code for smart lock device. If you have not received the code, please contact the host.

◉ Parking is available on the driveway. Please, leave room for walkway for the other home guests. Additional free parking is available in front of the home on the streets.

◉ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property.

◉ Smoking allowed at the backyard.

◉ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities, Drugs etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.

◉ The booking guests are responsible for any damaged or unaccounted items whether the damage is caused by themselves or anyone accessing the home during the stay. The host has a right to charge by his own discretion the additional fees to cover repair and (or) replacement of the damaged or missing the items. Please, respect the home and leave in same condition as received.

◉ Pets are welcome with the advanced host`s permission and $400 pet deposit.
