Family can gather in the spacious gourmet kitchen featuring 6 burner Dacor gas stove, double ovens and chefs sink. There is a second dishwasher in the utility area, as well as a washer and dryer. A large group can sit to share a meal in the dining room around the reclaimed French oak farmhouse table, or enjoy the breakfast nook with loveseat sofa. There is also access from both the main drawing room and the dining room to a spacious screened in porch overlooking the grounds. which makes for lovely connected indoor outdoor entertaining in fine weather.
The master bedroom suite includes a king bed, frame tv and bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.
Second floor boasts a second master with access to the gallery porch overlooking the property, complete with a bench to relax and reflect; also its own ensuite bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs share the third full. bathroom. A large room with a king bed and third upstairs bedroom boasts a daybed, ( twin or converts to king) both with views over the red gathering barn, main lawn and farm gazebos.

BY SEPARATE ARRANGEMENT Outside there is a refurbished 20 by 40 red barn with hand hewn beams. and fold back French doors opening to a 20 by 40 balcony overlooking the pond areas.. This is an ideal space ideal for smallish gatherings of 40- 50 people . Please advise if you need this space as it requires preparation and has additional provisions. Use of barn and barn deck is not included in the house rental fee. Events are considered on a case by case basis.
