Enjoy the remarkable sight of rockets lifting off from NASA and Space X across the Indian River as you unwind in complete bliss. In this gorgeous three story townhouse with two bedrooms, you’ll find gorgeous panoramic views of the river. From the comfort of the outside balcony or upstairs bedroom, enjoy stunning sights of dolphins darting across the water, manatees swimming close to shore, or various birds soaring the skies. Bring your own gear and see what countless types of fish you can catch from the pier.
The space
The space includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, a desk, and a seating area with large windows that give stunning views of the Indian River. This space is perfect for early morning sunrises with a hot cup of coffee in your hands. A second bedroom also on the third floor which includes a trundle with a queen sized bed and a double. A full bathroom completes the top floor.

An open living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony are all located on the second floor. Living room provides a 65” smart TV with streaming available. Balcony overlooks the community pool and gives an extraordinary view of the Indian River.

PLEASE NOTE:
Although I hope you do not see any during your stay, bugs, are native to tropical climates like Florida. They are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are impossible to eradicate. To keep them out of the property we have a professional pest control company spray and have a few bait traps placed in strategic areas. While this drastically reduces the chance of you seeing a bugs in the villa, the chance of you seeing one is not zero. If you do see any bugs please let us know immediately we will have our pest control company come out ad take care of it. Please do not take this as a sign that the house is dirty or infested—it is minor and unavoidable tradeoff for living in a tropical climate.

Worth the stay

Overall nice place, had a great view of the grounds, indian river and the kennedy launch site. Close to some great restaurants, don't think you would be dissapoonted with your stay here, I wasnt. Hope to do it again some day.

Great Location for Nature Lovers

This riverside condo is equidistant to Merritt Island and Orlando Wetlands, two outstanding locations to observe FL wildlife. We couldn't have been happier with the place that was exactly as advertised.

Great place to weather a storm

This was a very comfortable place to stay, relatively quiet with great views of the water. We came for a rocket launch, and we were able to see a Falcon9 night launch from the back deck. We also had a direct Cat1 hurricane hit during our stay, which was loud but otherwise not a problem. Communication with the owner was great throughout! We'd love to stay here again.

We hit the jackpot with our trip to The Kennedy Center. Two launches, and I could not imagine a better location from which to observe them. We had two boys with us, and they will never forget that experience. We also spent endless hours in the pool - good sized - large enough to swim some laps. The location was about as good as it gets if you are spending time at Kennedy Space Center. The condo itself is well appointed and we were all very comfortable there. Recommended!

Environmental/Safety Concerns

The heat index on day of check-in was 105 degrees, and the thermostat was set at 80 degrees at check-in/arrival. This is a three story condo, will all bedrooms on third floor with many large glass doors/windows, and thermostat is located on second floor. My family and I sweated inside of the condo for over two hours after lowering the temp, before making the decision to vacate. The temperature was still at 80 about two hours after arriving and lowering the target temp when we departed. Also while inside the condo, a property representative arrived and was in the process of making an unannounced entry, when I intercepted them at the door. The main entry does not have a secondary locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized entries while inside (similar to that of a latch type lock or chain at a hotel). Neither the property owner nor VRBO representatives showed interest or understanding with our concerns. After vacating the property after two hours, we requested a refund and was only credited back a small portion.

Our air conditioning system is designed to adjust the temperature gradually, and with the heat index at 105 degrees on the day of your check-in, it understandably took some time to cool down the three-story condo. The thermostat being set at 80 degrees upon your arrival is standard, and the process of cooling a property of this size, especially with the bedrooms on the third floor and many large glass doors/windows, can indeed take a couple of hours. Regarding the entry by our property representative, they were there to secure the private areas (garage and room) that were not included in your stay. We informed you that the owner's representative would come by to lock these areas. We apologize if this caused any concern or inconvenience. In terms of security, our main entry door adheres to standard locking mechanisms to ensure guest safety. However, I understand your concern about additional locking mechanisms, such as those found in hotels, and will certainly consider your feedback for future improvements. Regarding your refund, I want to clarify that it was provided as a courtesy. Given that the air conditioner was functioning as designed and no violations of the property’s conditions occurred, we were not required to issue a refund. Despite this, we chose to refund a portion of your payment to acknowledge your dissatisfaction. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.

This is a great place to stay! I was there to view a rocket launch. The launch was postponed, but I was able to see 2 others! The view from the pier on the property is FABULOUS!! Also, the sunrise view is absolutely breathtaking! So nice to wake up to every morning! The location is convenient to so many places! Playalinda beach, Kennedy Space Center, great restaurants, the Wizard of Oz Museum, Coco Beach! And there is a neighborhood restaurant right down the street! New York, New York. The condo is a tri-level, so you will be climbing up and down stairs daily--it's a great workout! I am much stronger after 10 days! The host was super helpful with questions before I arrived and was available as needed while I was there. I recommend and would book this place again. As a matter of fact, I have!
