Marvel at the incredible space and light that await at this two-story home on the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, beautifully situated with views of the surrounding pine forest. With a fantastic deck, a home game room, and a wood-burning fireplace, this is a place for year-round fun and relaxation.
This home is tucked into an evergreen grove that backs up to the fifth fairway. The heart of Incline Village - with restaurants, shops, and conveniences all along Tahoe Boulevard - is only a mile south. You'll also be incredibly close to the Mountain Course (one mile) and Diamond Peak Ski Resort (two miles).
As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by light-filled living spaces with lofty ceilings and forest views. In the summer months, slide open the deck doors to bask in fragrant mountain air. Come winter, curl up by the fireplace in the living room and watch the snow pile high outside.
The house was seemingly designed for relaxation, whether you're barbecuing on the deck, gathering in the den for movie night, or playing pool and Ping-Pong in the game room upstairs. Even everyday activities are more fun here, thanks to a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove and double ovens), a cozy breakfast nook, and a formal dining room - all with views of the woods.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor offering its own TV, bathroom, and deck access. The other three bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms - are upstairs. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
