This custom-built home is meticulously maintained and furnished with guests' comfort in mind. The spacious enclosed backyard provides a fantastic private oasis featuring an outdoor pool with a nice lounge area surrounded by lush trees and nature. Upon entering this exquisite home away from home, the cozy great room welcomes you with ease. This grand living area has hardwood flooring and an inviting sofa and chairs to spread out comfortably and relax after an entertaining day outside. The large smart TV with streaming can entertain your group during downtime. The oversized full kitchen has all stainless steel appliances that make cooking meals a breeze. It also includes an adjacent laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink. The kitchen opens to a vast dining area designed as a Carolina room and is perfect for formal meals.

The primary suite invites pure bliss! It boasts a new Casper king mattress (April 2024), a smart TV, direct deck access, and a majestic en suite bathroom with a separate shower, a double vanity, and a jetted tub. Two guest bedrooms enjoy access to a balcony overlooking the pool area as well, ensuring supreme comfort every moment of your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
