Bay Tree Unit C7/8 is a tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. This spilt level condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Located right by the community swimming pool with two balconies overlooking the marina and the channel. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area, stackable washer/dryer. Access the upstairs bedrooms by the spiral staircase. The common areas are like no other...large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips.

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The condo sleeps up to 7 guests and includes 2 full bathrooms.
