This clean, modern & well-equipped beach condo, nestled between the beach & the bay, comes complete with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, rapid Wi-Fi access & comfortable furnishings.

The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, closet, dresser & mirror with charging station lamps on the nightstands. The bathroom comprises a shower as well as a bathtub. The open-plan living space includes a foldout sofa for more sleeping options, a pullout coffee table useful for setting up a laptop (board games and card packs are housed within it for lazy evenings & rainy days) & more charging stations. The kitchen counter & sleek dining table offer ample space to gather for meals or chats with plush stools for seating space.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Parking for one vehicle is included.

This is our second stay here we love it. Close to the beach but not on it. Well stocked with paper towels, toliet paper ,trash bags, cleaners. The only bad thing is it doesn't have a oven. But they have a toaster microwave, and a kurig. We plan on making this our go to place for our annual October trip.

We had a great stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and exactly what we needed. We were able to walk to the festival easily. Great communication with property hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting Amy at my Ocean City, Maryland condo, and I must say that it was an absolute delight to have them as a guest. From the very beginning, Amy proved to be a fantastic communicator, always responding to my messages in a timely and friendly manner. Amy was also incredibly respectful of the house rules and took excellent care of the condo during the stay. Not only was Amy a wonderful guest, but they also left the condo in immaculate condition when they checked out. It was clear that they had taken great care to keep the space clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Amy to any other hosts who may be considering them for a future booking. Thank you, Amy, for being such a fantastic guest!

Great, relaxed stay

Communication with owners were great as was the check in process. Their suggestions for food/drink places were enjoyable. Very close to beach and we enjoyed the short walk and cross walks to cross the streets. Updated condo. Parking spot was also appreciated.

The hosts are wonderful and the condo is exactly as pictured plus just a few short blocks from the Boardwalk. We were in town for a tournament and it was perfect for us. We needed the pullout for our third family member, so brought our own sheets to avoid the pass-along cleaner’s upcharge. Our hosts are wonderful communicators, responsive, and patiently accommodating! Thanks for all!

We went to OC for Sunfest... great time and great bands! This condo was super convenient, less than a mile walk to the Inlet, and Pickles Pub is right across the street! :)

The condo was exactly as stated. Had all the amenties you could think of. It was in a great location and you can tell that the owners thought of everything that would make the stay easy and not have to run out and buy anything. Super fast responses from the owners too. Bed was super comfortable and the area is close to everything but very quiet.

Perfect for smaller family or couple

We loved this location! It’s in a great area and 2 blocks from the Boardwalk (at 8th street). Bonus! There’s a Thrashers & bike rental right there at 8th/Boardwalk :) The space is set up well - parents used the bedroom and 2 kids on the pull-out couch; little kitchen to save leftovers or make your own meals; nice neighbors in the condo building. We were all affected by a smell (perhaps old cigarette odor since building is old?) entering, but it subsided by being in the unit after some time. We would definitely stay here again! We are rarely in our room while visiting OCMD, but this space felt cozy and comfortable when we were exhausted from all the boardwalk adventures! Loved the detail sent over from owners and communication as well.
