Unit was clean and ready early. Great location. And we were able to walk to a lot of places. Check-in was easy. Great communication. Parking was a little tricky due to limited space but we made it work. WiFi work really good for all devices.

Great location and amenities

This was such a great place to stay. Our hotel was connected to multiple other ones. There were numerous pools, slides, lazy rivers, and more. There was also a bar, restaurant, and DJ. The location was great, and you could take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.

Breakers room is great.

Our stay was great. It is nice to have access to the pools and parking. The only thought is that the room is a little dated and there some upkeeps that would be nice, such as, kitchen cabinets that close better, newer dishware and few more towels. But totally enjoyed our stay!

Breakers Resort

We had a great time. I loved that we could check ourselves in and out that saves time for sure. The only 2 things using vrbo is that we were not allowed to use the water slides and the washer and dryer on the premises.

Great Time

This unit is very well maintained. The unit was very clean. The view is awesome. Beds are comfortable. The unit provides ample amount of cooking supplies as well as plates, bowls and utensils. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect

Single mom traveling with two boys(10-8)We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property, it was perfect for us. I love that the pool and area in front of the “condo” is more relaxed and slow paced and you walk 20 foot to the right and it’s all the fun and entertainment needed to occupy little minds! We walked a lot because almost everything we wanted or needed was 15 minutes by foot. I cook a lot on vacation to save money and did not have a problem making use of all the kitchen equipment! Thanks Happy Crab for having us!!!

Not quite as advertised.

The condo and furnishings could not have been more dated. Buildings plumbing, while the water pressure was excellent the plumbing was very noisy. We thought we kept hearing a foghorn but realized it was the plumbing in the building. Someone else's clothes and underwear were left in one of the drawers. We chose not to use the dressers. Some concerning staining on the ceiling in the bedroom and one the the windows in the living room appearing to be mold. Really enjoyed the balcony. Excellent view to see the sunrise over the ocean.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I do however disagree with the title, "not as advertised". You are correct, the unit is older and the furnishings are dated, however that is clearly displayed in the photos which are up to date and is also why we consider this an economy rental. In addition, it is priced accordingly at $115 per night ocean front. As for plumbing noises, though no one has ever mentioned this, I too live in an older high rise and we hear plumbing noises all the time. Thanks for the info on the window I will have someone take a look at that immediately. Again ,thanks for choosing Happy Crab Vacations and we do manage 40 properties many of which are fully remodeled if you would like to upgrade your vacation experience.
