Beautiful view from balcony. Everything was as described. Fans in the bedrooms are same code on remote, it makes for a spooky /funny time when unexpected. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

Perfect!

The condo was in a perfect location- right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and Walmart. It was extremely spacious and clean. Perfect view of the beach! The only complaint is there is not near enough parking.

Condo was excellent and plenty of room Television remotes need updated to one remote per tv and instructions per tv other than that the condo was very nice and large!!we really liked it!!!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our staying, great location and very convenient place on the beach if you have kids. The only suggestion is to tell the cleaning crew that they need to do a better job cleaning the floors. As soon as we got to the condo, our feet were black.

I would not stay here again if we needed parking for more than one vehicle. We were only given the option for one pass, even though it says first serve and more “may be” available. Oh, but you can circle around the 20 to 30 empty spots for owners and their friends. The only other parking we found anywhere else is a minimum of 150.00 for the duration of our stay. I think it’s ridiculous to pay what we did and then have to worry about where to park another vehicle and then have to carpool back and forth at least a mile and two uturns to get to the closest available parking lot. Had this conversation several times with others guests in the condo that were having the same problem. It was beautiful condo in a great location and the hosts were quick to respond when questions or concerns were raised.

Our current practice is to provide one parking pass per reservation, and additional guest spots are limited and truly first‑come, first‑served. I’ve passed your comments to our property management and the HOA so we can: - review guest parking allocation and whether more passes can be made available - address misuse of owner/resident spaces and improve signage/enforcement - update the listing with clearer information about overflow parking options and typical costs Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’ll use your feedback to improve future stays.

The room is as described. We had a few issues when we arrived, such as a running toilet. I contacted the office via phone and they sent Maintenance up within an hour to fix it.My biggest complaint is the parking. We had guests coming for six hours on Sunday and I asked via phone call how to deal with it. I never received a return phone call, just a text stating we are allowed two passes. But they never told me how to get them a pass since there is no front desk. I tried texting back and again no one responded. I was very disappointed in this.

Very disappointed!!

Not enough parking!! Had to park across the street one night! WiFi never worked at all couldn’t even find a modem to reboot! I had login and password and it never worked tried over 10 times! Maintenance came and they were the best help I had. They called the cable company and set up For them to call me and they couldn’t come till the morning we checked out! So we will not stay there again!!
