Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint was the main bedroom was quite small and didn't have a separate balcony oceanfront.

Beautiful property, very clean with everything you need for your stay. Very open floor plan and nicely decorated. The food served at the restaurant was fantastic. Will book this property again when we visit again.

The hall bath was holding water just as I read in another feedback, but a maintenance fella was helpful in getting the hair unclogged from the drain and no further problem. Previous stay’s towel was left balled in hall bath as well. None of that would keep us from staying in the unit itself. THE reason we will never stay at Tidewater ever again is the elevator situation. It was the worst. You have to plan at least an extra 15 minutes minimum(up to 30 minutes at one point) to whatever you’re doing involving cart or wagon travel. We utilized the stairs when we could.

Great experience

We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean and meet all our needs. The only complaint would be the elevator but we planned to wait or use the stairs. Overall it was a really minor issue and everything else made up for it. We would stay here again.

Working vacation

2nd time staying at Tidewater Beach Resort. Really enjoy the service and all the friendly employees. Was able to work from the condo while still enjoying the beach and other activities around Pier Park. Great place to stay

Long Weekend Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo/resort! The only negative feedback we have is occasionally the elevator would take a while because the second elevator is under construction, but even when it did, it wasn’t too long. We would highly recommend this condo/resort to family and friends and have already talked about booking it again when we return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not get chairs and had to sit as close to the ocean as possible or the beach police from tidewater would tell us we were to close to there chairs and interfering with there view. The mattress and pillows need’s replaced. Did not get a good night sleep on any night. The smell of pot was everywhere. Sometimes couldn’t sit on the deck without contact high. We left a day early with no refund for that night. Left expensive bottle of perfume and messaged both the tidewater, blue swell rentals no response!
