HyggeHaus is a unique, modern Scandinavian styled vacation home in the resort town of Carlton Landing, OK - overlooking Lower Greenway Park and ideally located near the resort pools, parks, and sports courts. Hygge, pronounced hyoo-guh, is a Scandinavian or Nordic concept meaning coziness, comfort, and warmth. It's about surrounding yourself with the things that make life good - like friendship, laughter, and light.
HyggeHaus is a three story home with large windows and abundance of light. On the first floor you will find the living and dining areas as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The main bedroom, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and flexible workspace are on the second floor. On the top floor, you will find another bedroom, bathroom, bunkroom, and amazing views!
Outside living surrounds the home, with a deck on one side and large patio area on the other side. The home is on Lower Greenway Park, where you can watch the kids play from the home.
Carlton Landing is a resort town on the shores of Lake Eufaula. Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the resort town amenities. Three community pools, hot tub, a beach, several parks, nature trail, playground and sports courts ( basketball/tennis/pickleball court, bocce ball, and ping-pong tables) are all within short walking distance. There are frequent events including live music, yoga, pop-up shops, food trucks and other seasonal activities during the year. Carlton Landing is very walkable, however, golf carts can also be rented from local businesses if you prefer.
