** We can host small or large groups for events! Large groups for sports tournaments, Aggie Game weekends, family reunions, graduations, ring dunks, watch parties, and wedding groups.

Max Guests: up to 25 people max at “event” pricing rates; message us for custom event pricing for groups larger than 16 guests (regardless of sleeping overnight or not)



**Be sure to put the correct number of guests for our dynamic pricing to correctly show you the cost. We charge for larger groups due to insurance, cleaning, laundry, supplies, utilities, etc.
